My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a 25 year old law grad. I'm originally from Wisconsin, but I moved out to LA for school. I've been out here for almost 3 years (besides a 2 month stint living in London). Thinking about moving back to London, but I'm probably too lazy to actually act on that. Stuck in LA forever, I guess. I'm also learning how to cook, so if you know how, message me some tips or something!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working as a lawyer in Woodland Hills which is funny because I don't really like being a lawyer and I hate the valley. Kinda just want to practice the guitar more and become an alcoholic singer/songwriter and maybe become a struggling author/college English professor.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Knowing useless things about sports, music, and popular authors. I'm also pretty good at wasting my money on things I don't need and living well outside of my means.

I'm also really good at using caps at the PERFECT time.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It depends on my mood and the context in which they meet me. I'm sure some people think I'm the nicest dude ever, and others think I'm cynical and rude. I'm not really sure.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - Season of Migration to the North, Anna Karenina, The Sun Also Rises. I also like Modern American Poets like Ezra Pound, H.D., and T.S. Eliot.

Movies - Good Will Hunting, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Little Miss Sunshine, Garden State.

Music - The Mountain Goats, The National, Saves the Day, The Get Up Kids, The Gaslight Anthem, The Antlers, The Promise Ring, Owen, Joy Division, The Smiths, My Bloody Valentine. One time I walked through an East London ghetto by myself to watch Joie de Vivre play at an old warehouse...that was pretty cool.

Food - Italian is probably my favorite but I also love Sushi.

This section doesn't ask for art tastes...but I'll still tell you that I really like Mark Rothko.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Nieces
Those AT&T commercials with the kids and that guy at the table
Clean Sheets
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How infuriating it is that they still make salad dressing bottles without squeeze tops. There was also a period of time when I wondered if any Supreme Court Justices had ever hooked up with each other.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
One time a friend and I got Taco Bell immediately after eating footlong subs from Subway. I felt guilty immediately. Also, one time I bought a hot dog from a liquor store...that was pretty bad too.

I recently almost cried to two different stories on ESPN SportsCenter.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You think I'm cool, and you think that I'll think you're cool.

You have really good dental hygiene.

You think The Beatles are the most overrated band of all time.

Don't even fucking think about messaging me if you list Mumford & Sons in your music section. Don't even think about it.
