I am smart, creative, and wise.

My Self-Summary

foodie, pizza, photography, art, twitter, music, and more. Oh noes, a minimum of 100, not a max of 140! OK...working on 'sandcastles', an idea that we all build them, and if we let go, time will wash them away.But...will you let go? I have to lay down my own beats, play my own strings, self produce my stuff. I have my own 'glass wall' to deal with. Thoughts on a rainy day. Maybe time to pull every Miles Davis recording i have up in iTunes and just let it play. At least the neighborhood rooster shut up. Rain, rain go away, or rain, rain come and stay? I am not a fan of this font. Is this good 'snuggle' weather? If i had a fireplace, would it be a 'spare-the-air' day? Just how can i lay down a beat at 2:45am? ...nothingness... stream of consciousness... boring... next. I will laugh at your bad photos, and especially if you have an animal that has 'red eye'. That means it's *evil*! buahahahahaha Yes i need to play with my cam more. and my new cell phone. and i need a new flat screen TV, so i can play with that too.

Yes, I fix things, AND build things, AND design things. Learning the features of my new cell phone. Yes, I *do* read the owner's manual.

Oh...now it's 1000 words! what, about how much i hate forced writing? There's no word counter on the page either! I'll give the interface a 'fail' on that. (beta tester mode engage!) That's why i like a quick, to-the-point kind of exchange. Too much can get lost/misinterpreted when things get all wordy.

Why is this all pink, when i'm male? shouldn't it be bluer?

wait, what?? they changed it? I'm supposed to have a shirtless picture too?? WTF? Nobody tells me these things.

What I’m doing with my life

life long study of what it is to be human. This is a current and ongoing study, and involves more than self study.

I’m really good at

art, creative stuff, cooking, fixing things.

How I make coffee and tea.
1) find my 1 1/2 qt pot.
2) measure 3C water and 1C sugar (yes i like it sweet)
3) profit! j/k ... bring to boil
4) grind coffee OR measure out tea
5) TURN OFF BURNER. this will get my water to 'just off boil', the temperature i'm looking for
6) coffee or tea into the pot. make sure that it's all in the water
7) soak for 4 minutes
8) drain into previously prepared filter, let drip
9) enjoy some really great coffee (makes 2 mugs)

The first things people usually notice about me

that i'm quiet. 500 words? Does it take that many to convey a thought or feeling? Not from my perspective, but i'm different. Words can actually get in the way, and i think it's a gender related issue. Feel free to disagree. I can be wordy if necessary. Some might consider that 'intellectualism', so just where do you draw the line? I Twitter. That means you have 140 characters to speak your mind.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

mostly Sci-Fi, old school rock, and some modern stuff too. Pizza, something from Netflix, sounds like am evening to me. Stuff from the 50s and early 60s, like all the old Sci-Fi B movies... Godzilla, The Mysterians, Day the Earth Stood Still (the ORIGINAL), This Island Earth, Them, The Thing, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Creature From The Black Lagoon, anything that is in black and white, and extra points for radioactivity.

From TV...The Outer Limits, and The Twilight Zone. They just don't write 'em like they used to.

now: Battlestar Galactica, Lost.

Books...do you really have to have the paper in your hand, is there a textural component that you just can't do without,or is it the text, the ideas and concepts? Does it have to be in your hand, or can it just be on your screen?

The six things I could never do without

friends, food, entertainment, my MacBook, a roof over my head, a place to sleep comfortably.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

all facets of how we communicate, down to quantum level.

On a typical Friday night I am

with friends online.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

i'm autistic. That makes communication...interesting at times. You can't tell from the outside.

You should message me if

you don't need an excuse. Just do it. I'm fine for almost anything. I'll let you know if it's not comfortable for me.
