I am am 27 years old and living in Sacramento which I love. I was born and raised here and while I have lived in many other places and enjoyed them greatly Sacramento will always be my home. I hate when people say there is nothing to do here because in truth there is always a lot of fun events going on in addition to the multitude of shops, restaurants, bars, state parks, museums, and hundreds of other places you can have a good time at. That being said I also love living here because its within striking distance of San Francisco, Tahoe, Reno, mountains, beach, rivers, and lakes. My favorite things to do are trying new restaurants/bars, attending events such as brewfest or Second Saturday, weekend trips to anywhere, and having parties/get togethers with my friends.

I am a Soldier. I have been in the Army now for 8 years and I love it. My job is great and I do not consider it work. During my time in the military I have been all over the country and world. I have gotten to meet hundreds of amazing people with whom I have worked alongside, helped, trained, or just hung out with. I learned Arabic which I now speak, read, and write fluently and I must say that to learn a new language is to acquire a new soul. I have been to the Philippines, Germany, Iraq, England, Qatar, Austria, Kuwait, Ireland, Iceland, and the Czech Republic. good things to say about all those places. I love my country and am not ashamed to say that in public. Not to say I don't have my criticisms and I will say those as well lol.

My friends are a huge part of my life. I am surrounded by amazing people who enjoy living life to the fullest. We do a lot of things together and there are always plans for fun times in the works.

I am pretty active. I always enjoy doing things that are fun and that I can pretend counts as my exercise for the day such as lake trips, hiking, bike rides, walking all day at the state fair, swimming, and even running or working out with friends.

I can also be a nerd. I play the occasional video game and if I'm with someone who enjoys them a lot I will definitely get into a board game, puzzle, video game, card game, anything really. I have a wii and all the good party wii games. Sometimes my friends and I play yahtzee, scrabble, and apples to apples.

Enjoying life. Exploring.

Adventuring. Having a fun time and trying new things. I can grill the best burger you have ever had. I have good taste in books and movies. I can most likely beat you in chess and I'm a strong swimmer.

My sense of humor and my laugh, sometimes quiet people make me uncomfortable because I am worried they are only being quiet because I am talking so much it makes them uncomfortable.

I am an avid reader and in addition to books I read a lot of news. I am pretty big on current events and like knowing whats going on in my community and the world.

I am a movie buff and like quoting movies and TV, especially family guy or south park. I like foreign films and independent films in addition to the main stream. I love getting excited about a new movie and going to the midnight showing.

I listen to lots of music, all types. I like going to see live music a lot. My problem is I can rarely remember the name of a band or a song to save my life. So you will have to sing part of it for me to go "ohhhh yeah I know that song, its good."

Food is a big part of my life. I love cooking, trying new recipes, trying new restaurants, trying new foods, and watching the food network (fat guy porn). I'm looking forward to eating python kabobs and chocolate covered bacon at the state fair this year. I am a pretty damn good home cook, my specialty is the charcoal bar-b-que.

My family and friends, I could do without anything else.

Everything. I like to think and ponder. I have insomnia and will often sit in bed thinking about how I would run a movie theater if given the chance or what I would do if zombies were real and attacking.

My Friday nights can find me in a number of places. Out with friends at bar, bowling alley, movies, house party, or anywhere really. Or I could be at home watching something on Hulu, most likely from food network. Sometimes I don't even know it is Friday.

It may seem like I am wandering, but I am not lost...
