I'm about to turn 34 and I'm cool with it. I'm in the weird position in life where I have sort of already lived most of my dreams so I'm trying to find some new ones.

I make my living pouring beer and helping people have a good time in the taproom of a pretty rad brewery. Just one more bartender with a degree he'll never use but he'll be paying for until he dies. No regrets.

I'm a partier, an amateur psychologist, and a writer. I like having a good time but I like showing someone else a good time even more.

I'm not really looking for more than good friends who enjoy enjoying themselves, who enjoy my company and enjoy being enjoyed, but I'm also kind of a hopeless romantic. I'm as old fashioned as a guy raised in the eighties can be without being a republican.

Movies- Anything based on a comic book, Goodfellas, Casino, all three Godfathers, Scarface, American Beauty, The Expendables, anything starring John Cusack but especially Say Anything and High Fidelity, I like movies with gratuitous violence, sex, and horrible dialogue, as well as the occasional comedy or chick flick. Not a fan of horror movies. I've had enough terror in my life first hand thank you very much...

TV- I usually only put tv shows on in the background while I do other things, but my favorites are- The Sopranos, Kitchen Nightmares, Sons of Anarchy, The Office, Battlestar Galactica, STNG, Bones, House, Lie to Me, Castle, Firefly, and whatever else will distract me for a bit.

Music- I like music. That's pretty much it. When I'm alone I listen mostly to hip hop and people like Gogol Bordello, Flogging Molly, The Tossers, Issa Bagayogo... I've been going to a lot of local shows lately. Music is the one area where I have to say I don't really know what I like, but I know when I like it.

Food. I'm a cook. I have lived in France and in West Africa as an adult which has definitely colored my taste. I also worked in fine dining for a couple of years so have an appreciation for quality when it comes to both cuisine and booze. I have never met a food I couldn't learn to like, and very much enjoy both cooking for someone and having someone cook for me.

The best is finding someone you can share a kitchen with... if you can cook two different things with a lady in the same space and not only do it well but have a good time doing it... oh mama I just got really turned on......

Yeah it ain't that easy. I'm pretty much an open book. Anything you wanna know just ask me, but private is private and therefore not to be just tossed on some profile.

You dig quirkiness, don't mind late hours, and enjoy having a good time. I'm in the "having a good time" business these days...
