My self-summary
I'm a good guy who likes his life and has some good friends. As a film editor I practice being short with nonsense. The same attitude translates into my life as I ignore frills. Less is more and I respect the things that matter. I am a fan of science and reason. My mind can be changed in light of good evidence.

I've done a semester abroad, am well traveled...blah blah.

What I’m doing with my life
Producing marketing videos and walking the line of life. Work keeps me on the move and I'm happy with my scene.

I made and sold a documentary thats doing the festival circuit. I travel around attending screenings and doing Q and A's with the audience. I'm wrapping up another film right now and can't wait to let it fly. Hopefully another festival run. I like the recognition but don't really like the spotlight.

Also, I have an internet show that features non-handy people fixing things in a comedic light. The intent is to entertain and inspire a DIY attitude.

I built a vintage chopper because they're fucking beautiful. I think its hilarious when I ride it to the store to buy a sweet potato.
I’m really good at
Being kind. Staying on the move.

Enjoying good. Using my hands. Figuring it out. Getting animals to like me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I just read The War of Art by Steven Pressfield and I recommend it to anyone looking for motivation.(if you're able to look past the god stuff)

Sagan, Dawkins, Moby Dick, National Geographic.

Smokey and the Bandit is my favorite documentary.

Rock and roll, 60's, Psych, Punk, country. I like the Rolling Stones...when they were really into cocaine and country music you know?

Kale shakes and whiskey.
The six things I could never do without
Music, art, friends, life, love, happiness.

The view of the Golden Gate from the Waldo Tunnel is pretty good too.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Earning my keep. This is a good run.
On a typical Friday night I am
Whatever. Good times are about good company.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
You know that fucking commercial about dick pills where the guy is driving a vintage Camaro through the desert? He is supposed to represent the modern man taking charge of his life. He is shown pouring his bottled water into the radiator in a display of renisance manliness as the commercial narrates roughly, "time to take charge." Is this what we've been reduced to? Here's the things; if he has a restored muscle car it certainly has a modern radiator that shouldn't require a drop of water to solve the overheating. Also, the commercial failed to show boiling antifreeze burning the shit out of his hands when he popped the cap. If the coolent level was low enough to not burn his hands, it wouldn't have reached the thermostat and registered on the guages at all. So realistically, the dude probly blew the head gasket and made a mess of things.
I'm saying is us guys should be held to higher standards beyond changing a bicycle tire and hanging a picture. We should know how to do shit.

When people say yoga saves the whales my eyebrows go down...it's just stretching.
