My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello everyone,

Thank you for checking me out. What you see is an honest, educated, and active individual. I consider much of my "schooling", however, to be outside of a classroom through life experiences. These include travel, having contact with diverse groups of people through work and friendships, and personal reading (mostly biographies, financial news, and other areas of nonfiction). I enjoy fiction, but I would rather watch a good story on DVD in my living room.

Being outside and doing things are important to me. I belong to a local running club, and have participated in events from local 5ks to the Boston Marathon. I also enjoy tennis and biking. You won't find me double-fisting a Blatz on the counch. Well, maybe a Mike's Hard Lemonade during a Packers' game.

I can be funny, scatterbrained (I keep losing my digital camera about every third day), and driven for things of which I am passionate. Some of my core beliefs are the following:

-Think outside of the box, but don't go where the road doesn't go.
-Sometimes you need to turn over every rock (on the right road) in the pursuit of opportunity.
-Listen more than you speak.

I am seeking a woman who is both active physically and mentally. I am not looking (necessarily) for a rocket scientist or a Venus Williams; just someone unique. Could that be you?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I started working in financial services in 2004. While I find the field to be fascinating, I often feel that "less is often more". Reduce "bad debt", pay yourself first (or 2nd), invest according to your goals, risk, and time frame, and protect those that you love. I enjoy business networking.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am good with numbers, listening to others, and articulating my thoughts.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would say that people initially notice how blue my eyes are.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Financial, Psychology, The Beatles
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I am at the point in my life in which I see that many of us have more than we need. Aside from basic survival needs, all we really need is love. However, I would still like to have my running shoes, Internet, road bike, GPS watch, and my Boston Marathon finisher medal.
