I like to define myself by the things I do. I'm a musician. I'm in school for computer science. I'm a barista at a Starbucks. I love to play ping pong, read, solve Rubik's cubes, and play board games. Monopoly is the best. I think Guitar Hero] is the greatest game ever invented. I enjoy sports, if only because they give me a reason to scream enthusiastically at the TV with my friends. I hate talking on the phone. I have great command of the English language. I obsess about how well this profile defines me, and how people receive it. I'm hilarious, witty, very decisive, respectful, a little eccentric, loyal, incredibly friendly, and non-judgemental. I'll leave it up to you whether you believe all that or not.

Finishing up my Bachelor's, looking into grad school, ideally for a PhD. It is scary.

I'm a pretty big guy. My eyes are stunning. I have a great sense of humor, I laugh and joke about almost everything. I really don't let things bother me, and I'm very decisive.

A) Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Chuck Klosterman, Dave Duncan, Douglas Adams, Kazu Kibuishi, Brian O'Malley, Garth Nix, Dave Eggers, Philip Pullman, Shakespeare, William Burroughs, Steven King, et al. I also like to read books on astrology, computing, music, mythology, and other topics that interest me.

B) I tend to get caught up in movies too easily, and as a result I rarely dislike a movie, unless it is just really horrid. I'm a big fan of movies that screw with you a little, like Memento, Butterfly Effect, and anything by David Lynch. The only genre I really can't get into is horror, but some japanese horror films grab me.

C) I could fill a book with all the bands I listen to. If I had to narrow it down to a few favorites, bands that deserve mention include the Fall of Troy, The Bad Plus, Beck, Chick Corea, Eric Clapton, The Who, Spoon, Sigur Ros, TREOS, Less Than Jake, The Falcon, Gym Class Heroes, Half-Handed Cloud, and the Gorillaz.

D) I'm not picky. The only thing I can't really get into is seafood.

All I need are my friends, a laptop, a car, a guitar, a canal, Panama!

Life, the universe, and everything.

With my friends, playing some pong or deciding for 3 hours what to get for dinner. If not, I'm probably at home, shirking responsibility, and napping.

I absolutely love Newsies. Like, the musical.
