I am passionate about story telling. Not telling stories myself, but listening to them. I spent a lot of my childhood listening, with rapt attention, to stories from mythology. Another thing I am passionate about is food -- and I particularly enjoy trying local cuisine when I travel. I also have a running list in my head of top hamburger spots -- so far, the Burger Joint in NYC and Louie's Lunch in New Haven crown my list. I wish I was more passionate about technology -- I am probably the least tech savvy Indian ever.

I love hanging out with people that I feel closely connected to; and I particularly enjoy hanging out with people I can laugh with. I love watching movies -- Hitchcock films are a favourite. I like biryani, and am always happy to share a good biryani with someone, although I do want to turn vegetarian some day.
