Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I moved back to MI a couple summers ago after a year and a half of
living, working, and thriving in Chicago.
I'm into about everything; TV, Movies, Books, Video Games, and
really into bicycling (Slow Roll and Critical Mass). I don't follow
sports much (I'd rather play then memorize names, numbers and
stats) but I do love going to the occasional baseball, football or
I'm working for a supplier for Ford as a Design Release Engineer,
have a Biomedical Engineering degree, and I love home improvement
projects. Particularly the green/efficiency kind.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Became a Garden City homeowner at the end of 2013. I have a classic
car and motorcycle that are in need of restoration but have taken a
back seat while I'm updating my house.
I work in automotive currently but eventually I want to transfer to
a career in Biomedical Engineering, which is what I went to school
for. However, I enjoy my job and it pays the bills, so I'm happy.
My current aim, with whatever I am doing for work, is to become
financially independent by age 40 and find a hobby I can live off
of comfortably. Read Mr. Money Mustache's blog to get a feel for
what I'm into. I'm also an avid NPR listener (Radio Lab,
Invisibilia, Moth and Snap are my favorites)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Finding solutions to problems. It's the engineer in me.
-Making people laugh once I've gotten a feel for them.
-Keeping an eye on my finances and budgeting for future
-Trying new things.
-Traveling. I'm good with directions and do research before I go

I'm tall. I hear it more than anything else.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - Song of Ice and Fire, Lord of The Rings, all of Chuck
Palahniuk's books (except Tell All), all of Michael Crichton's
books that I've read, and The Wheel of Time series.
Movies - Boondock Saints, Fight Club, The Watchmen, Iron Man, and a
bunch of comedies(Idiocracy most of all).
Shows - Game of Thrones, Always Sunny, Orange is the New Black,
Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and Naked and Afraid.
Music - Just about everything depending on my mood. I don't have my
finger on the pulse though because I've developed a habit of Dave
and Chuck on the morning drive and WDET on the drive home.
Food - I'll try anything.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I've left this blank but probably worth mentioning why:
I'm a bit of a stoic in that I enjoy what I have in this world but
realize its impermanence. I could lose just about everything and
still find the silver lining and keep on living to the fullest.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future, finances, and most recently what projects to tackle
around the house and the value of Bitcoins.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out and about or working on the house.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a baby tooth with no adult tooth to replace it. Very much

You have an interest in meeting at some point. Not looking for a
pen pal, as I've got plenty of friends out of state already.
I have a strong preference for girls over 5'6" and those into DIY,
Financial Independence, Detroit's revival and/or bicycling.
