Recently retired (after a successful 30+ year career as a professional in training and development), I finally now have the time and energy to do all the fun things that I really enjoy! I love to go walking in the park, swimming, bowling, polka dancing, billiards, singing, piano playing, reading, learning, shopping the farmers market, baking, traveling (esp. spontaneous road trips), patronizing the arts (art galleries, theater, ballet, opera), browsing museums and antique stores, going to the myriad cultural and ethnic fairs and festivals of MN, occasional jaunts to the horseraces and/or casinos, trying new and unique restaurants (esp. ethnic), catching up with the ladies over lunch and shopping, getting together with family members, playing with my two cats, and just plain enjoying life.
As you can see, I am very open to new experiences, places, people... Mine is an adventurous spirit (ok, must admit that I probably won't skydive, bungee jump, or snowboard). Well, maybe let's say that I have a very CURIOUS spirit and would like to create some new (mis)adventures. But I don't want to do this all alone anymore; I need a partner in crime (this is where YOU come into the picture!)...
So, what am I looking for in a man? All I need is ONE GOOD MAN who is honest, kind, romantic, and fun-loving, with a similar zest for life. Hopefully, we share some common interests, values, and goals (or create new ones together)... Must have a great sense of humor, good communication and conflict-management skills and a positive, open, easy-going attitude. I'm looking for an old-fashioned gentleman, a good man who is respectful and considerate, emotionally and financially stable, and READY (emotionally and practically available) for a long-term relationship.
Oh, and one more thing... please be LOCAL (within 75 miles or so), between the ages of 53 and 67, non-smoking (occasional smoker is OK), drug-/std- free, and not allergic to cats.
