My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm dreamy and determined, energetic and pensive, equal parts amorous dolphin & confused ferret. Like many of us, I love escapades to faraway lands, but I'm looking for someone to find adventures in the everyday. Looking to find a calm and crazy, positive spirit and a good soul. Someone who's interested in creating a world together, keeping each other creatively challenged, play tricks on each other, cook for each other, crack each other up, whip each other into shape, understand when to give each other space, and be there for each other when needed the most.

Originally from the Midwest, now a happy New Yorker, I’m a film and theater director, writer, surfer, risk taker and hopeless romantic. Other things that I love:
- photographing jellyfish
- Horatio Street at 4am
- Driving through snowstorms with the heat blasting and the windows down
- Bizarre food combinations
- Dancing like Howdy Doody on acid
- bathing in garlic and Rioja
- Making people laugh until I see their uvula
-Serendipity
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Laughing. A lot. I have declared this chapter "the era of joy," and I'm sticking to it. Working hard to simply my life, find balance and open up space for the unexpected...and surfing whenever possible! I love surfing because it makes me remember who I am.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-Losing my keys
-cooking Thai green curry
-making people laugh (with me, at me, either is fine)
-writing crap songs on guitar
-most things I put my mind to
-surprises
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My quirky sense of humor, and that I’m a good listener.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
surfing (and all things oceanic)
making out
my ancient Jeep
guacamole
yoga
making out some more (yes I love kissing)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
* How to be a compassionate, loving badass
*simplicity and balance
* How to see better, to be freer, in the biggest way possible
* Whether a toad’s stomach would light up if it ate lightning bugs
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At the theater, movies, meeting a good friend for dinner, or jumping in the my old Jeep to see the moon over the ocean
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don’t have a uvula. I was forced to have a uvulectomy after I got hideously drunk one night in college, and it grew to the size of a gummy-worm.
