I'm trying to find the right person to begin a relationship with that will evolve into a partnership... i.e. get married, build a life together etc. I am what many women are looking for: educated, employed, stable, active, attractive, and financially secure. I would like to pass on my DNA to a kid but only if the kid is raised in an active outdoor lifestyle and only if the kid also raised to take interest in a worth while education or vocational objective.
I think this is one of the most interesting facets of OKC:
I like to get outside and play hard. Mountain or Road Biking, Sea Kayaking, Snowboarding, Alpine or Rock Climbing, or Hiking are the methods of MOC.
I'm not a 9 to 5 type of person. Consequently many of my friends work in Transportation, Medicine, Urban Infrastructure, and Service Industries. I tend to date women that work in these career paths. I am on my feet quite a bit at work and sometimes surprised that this complements staying active when I'm off work... ie it's not unheard of for me to walk 5.5 mi at work and burn 3000 calories for that day. I do however know that there is a time and place for everything and my first day off I tend to take it easy and just run errands.
I'm for the most part easy going and imperfect, though I'm not careless or unsystematic. Supposedly Meyers-Briggs says that I'm somewhere between an ISTJ and an ESTJ. I took a professional Meyers-Briggs inventory recently and that said that I'm some where in the upper left hand quadrant ie ISTJ, ISFJ, ISTP, ISFP... other professionals have thought that I'm an INTP aka the other half of a Golden Pairing... Hence this could explain why I have never been married and I'm so independent. Or maybe this is just a bunch of hocus pocus?
