My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm inquisitive, kind, respectful, calm, fair, and probably an INFJ (MBTI) 1w2 (Enneagram) RCOAI (Global5/SLOAN). I like helping others. Please send me a message or rate my profile four or five stars if you want to know more.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I try to be a good person so I can make the world a better place.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've met most people while volunteering, studying, or playing chess. I'm more interested in deep conversations than small talk and I can be very quiet during small talk, but like many people here I talk more when I get to know people better.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Some books I like are The Book Thief - Markus Zusak, What Money Can't Buy - Michael Sandel, and The Picture of Dorian Gray - Oscar Wilde. Movies like Crash are great. Some examples of TV shows I like are The Graham Norton Show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, QI, A League of Their Own, and Would I Lie To You? Some music artists I listen to are Redshield, Emancipator, Doomtree, Lianne La Havas, Sadistik, and Atmosphere. Regarding food I especially like a traditional Dutch dinner (a vegan variation).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I could do without many things, but I place a high value on moral intentions, my family/friends/dogs, the information I've collected on my laptop, attending conferences (like TED), my favorite music, and people who are being kind, helpful, or passionate/authentic.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I think about morality a lot, but I'm also interested in many other disciplines (and I like combining ideas from different disciplines).
