I'm a geek and proud of it! I'm into reading, RPGs (both computer and tabletop) and just hanging out talking. I'm a fairly recent graduate, just managed to get into the working world and I'm still getting used to it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm currently temping as a ward clerk at Southampton General Hospital, and thoroughly enjoying it. Looking and hoping to turn it into something more permanent and stable soon.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I feel I'm good at making people laugh. I can do puns, witty word-play or corny jokes, depending on the situation.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - It's easier for me to list authors, so: Tolkein, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Robin Hobb, Anne McCaffery...I could go on. On the non-fiction side, Bill Bryson and David Attenborough.

TV Shows - Dr. Who, Firefly, QI, Mock the Week.

Movies - The Lord of the Rings, The Avengers, The Blues Brothers

Music - I'm a bit of a metalhead. Favorites at the moment are Blind Guardian and Abney Park. Also fond of Nightwish, Turisas, Amon Amarth and Evanescence.

Food - I'm fond of hearty English food, though mostly these days I eat thing with pasta or rice in which are easy to cook. I'll eat spicy food, though really only if it's spiced for flavor rather than to blow your head off.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My friends, my family, tea (the mystic drink of life), books, gaming and sadly, probably the internet.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What exactly it is I want to do next with my life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Currently, savoring the feel of real weekends again after a year and a half without them!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've just come out of a four year battle with depression.
