I'm pretty good at getting lost but firmly believe it to be one of

Food: I am pretty handy in the kitchen and enjoy cooking and
entertaining. Some favourites:
Home made pasta, roast potatoes, rack of lamb, fresh (preferably
local) seafood... Duck...
Cruisine wise: A well made Thai or Indian curry as well as any/ all
I have found some of the nicest foods on a restaurant menu are
often vegetarian options, for example, tempura 'stuffed' zucchini
Movies: I tend to like less predictable flicks that don't follow
the 'usual' Hollywood template.
Can't go past a classic like Pulp Fiction (or anything directed by

Books: Truth be told, most of my reading is for study. Although,

T.V: House of cards, Archer, Breaking Bad, True Blood, Sherlock,
Homeland, The Wire, Treme.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Time: Spent with friends and family laughing about the small

Freedom: To plan my next adventure.
Music: How when played with emotion can give me goosebumps.
Youth: My god son and his little sister playing and laughing.
