Hi, I'm Stephen, though most of my friends call me Dempsey, which is my last name. I am very optimistic, honest, and fun loving. I love to make jokes and use the almighty tool of innuendo and sarcasm. The most important people in my life are my family & friends. I am very open-minded, and I'll try anything twice. I'm very laid-back. I have no real specialty, but feel comfortable in doing most things decently well. I love cars, and know a lot about them. I am a nerdy kid at heart, but I think I'm sorta cool. I'm not originally from Georgia, as I was a Navy brat. I've lived in a few different places including Florida, Virginia, England, Texas, and New York. I've lived here in Georgia for about 14 years though, so I guess this is where I can say I've grown up.

I work overnight at a major electric company providing customer service. Other than working, I strive to build my relations up with my friends, enjoy life, learn as much as possible about everything, work on my cars, and beating the system.

Surfing the internet, text messaging, blowing smoke rings, quoting movie and tv, tetris, driving fast, being a switch (bonus points if you know what I'm talking about) identifying cars, knowing about gadgets, getting the most out of nothing, modifying things.

I usually try to make a joke, or say something funny, that usually gets someone to notice me. Other than that, probably my spikey hair.

Books - The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks, Haynes Manual, Pokedex, various car publications.

Movies - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Blow, Fight Club, Donnie Darko, Brokedown Palace, Pulp Fiction, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Knocked Up, The Dark Knight, The Number 23, Back to the Future, Superbad, Eurotrip, Anchorman, Virgin Suicides, The Butterfly Effect, The Italian Job, Transformers, Top Gun, A.I., I,Robot, American Gangster, The Uninvited, He's Just not that into You. and a bunch more, I love movies.

TV - Family guy! House, Grey's Anatomy, Robot Chicken, Home Improvement, Full House, Wonder Years, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Initial D, Elfen Lied.

Music - Rap (Lil Wayne, Eminem, etc), rock (311, Sublime, Linkin Park, etc), soundtracks (Superbad, Transformers, The Beach, etc), female vocal (Dido, Sarah Mclaughlin, Jewel, Fiona Apple, etc) alternative, 80s, techno, and classical in no particular order. I am not very interested in country or jazz.

Food - I like prime rib, bacon, junk food, chips, sweets, artichokes, salads, crab, fried chicken, hola fruita, and more stuff.

Of course there is the ever present easy answer of basic needs (food, air, water, etc..), but those are shared by all, the question is actually what I could never do with out, not what everyone cannot do without.

It varies from week to week. Recently, I have been hanging out with friends prior to having to go into work at 11:00pm.
Generally I enjoy going out to dinner, hanging out with my car buddies, or going to a party on a Friday night. But sometimes I like to stay in, watch some movies and just relax.

I'm a 420 friendly. Though I rarely go out in public or drive while high, and I never go to work high. I generally just enjoy smoking at home prior to playing xbox or watching tv or a movie, usually on my weekends, or sometimes before I go to sleep.
