My self-summary
Single. And not dead. The full package.
What I’m doing with my life
So - I get a major kick out of seeing new places. Lately, I've been to Japan, Malaysia, and, erm, Luxembourg. Yes, I realise that list does tail off at the end, but it's South America next, so hopefully that balances things out. I also have a bit of a "thing" for languages - I speak a few and am always trying to pick up new bits and bobs.

And I'm very into cooking. The only 3 foods I have issues with all start with an "A" for some unknown reason. Could be coincidence. Or possibly some form of subconscious alphabet fascism. But I'm a good cook. Just ask nicely...
I’m really good at
As I said, cooking. Also sums. And accents. And demolishing cheese.
The first things people usually notice about me
My lustrous head of hair. And an ability to put a smile on people's faces.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Pretty much anything goes. Stuff is generally good for you.

Movies-wise, I destroyed the foreign language nominees this year at the BAFTAs. All amazing films. I love Leon, When Harry Met Sally (don't judge...), The Vikings, Forbidden Planet, Black Sunday, but I'll watch pretty much anything.

Books - Artemis Fowl is a cracking series. But hey, I like stuff for grown-ups too.

Music - favourites: Tom Waits, Eddi Reader, They Might Be Giants, Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, anything involving Paul Heaton, Kate Rusby...

TV Shows - pretty much anything funny, Dexter, GoT...

Food - it's pretty much all good. See above.
The six things I could never do without
Good: Food, Comedy, Gadgets, Music, Theatre and Comedy. It's worth including twice.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
things that make me laugh, and make other people laugh.
On a typical Friday night I am
There's no such thing for me as a typical Friday night. But as a rule, "going out" means dinner, comedy, theatre, movies, gigs, rugby, sometimes just a stroll down the river. But hey, I also love a night in. It's all good.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
is that I've answered about 50% of these questions privately.

You should message me if
you've got a sharp mind and a sparky sense of humour. Plus, of course, being up for the usual cheeky G&Ts, pub lunches, jaunts, fun nights out, occasional lazy weekends... You know the kind of thing.

If that's you, say hi.
