Don't you hate these questions? It's like when you apply for a job and they ask you to "Tell them a little bit about yourself". Why can't they just ask us something specific I mean how the hell was I supposed to know that my 10 minute diatribe about cartoons and their place in my life would make me "Unemployable" and "Scary"? Oh well guess the student loan people won't be getting their money this month either. Anyway, who am I? Well I guess you could describe me as somewhat well read and nerdy, a bit of an intellectual if you will, or at least I like to think of myself that way. I am currently attending grad school at Purdue University in the department of Medicinal Chemistry and Molecular Pharmacology. I know it’s a mouth full but really I study Malaria and complain about grad school. I love to talk about philosophy, politics, art, movies hell you name it I like to talk. Politically I am a quite Liberal and spend a good deal of time following the news and such.

Grad school. Arrgh...So it turns out not knowing quite what you want to do with your life can be a real pain in the "OWWWWW my ass" sense....

I could only take that for so long apparently as I am now applying to medical school. See it's not school that I dislike so much as it is research.

Oddly enough people seem to like my hair, not sure if thats the first thing they notice though. Generally they say things like, "Hey you don't sound like you're from the south", or "Your silly", and sometimes, "Geez you're smart"...I think it's the glasses and "Ask me about my IQ" lapel pin
