I have been told that I am a saint/ridiculously patient/a doormat. I like to think that I have a higher threshold for handling people and their inconsistencies. If someone needs something, and I can help, I'm going to help.

I am working on a degree in vocal performance at the Moores School of Music. I will graduate in December!

This is really not all, though... I want to be a child advocate/social worker, an author, a nurse, a stand-up comedian, a photographer, a professional friend, an astronaut and independently wealthy.

I work for two churches as a staff singer. Working for a church can be challenging, but the little baby jesus has a pretty great checkbook. Meddling church ladies mean well, but tend to give me an eye twitch.
I also teach private voice lessons at a high school. I love it. I never thought I would love teaching as much as I do. My students are absolutely amazing and make me be a better teacher every day.
I also make a little money as a photographer whenever I am needed. I will forever have lots of little jobs (I kind of like it), unless some opera company just has to have me... here's hoping.
I'm kind. I love to make people feel appreciated. I write letters to the people I love and thank you notes to people I interact with regularly.

I am also doing a lot of laughing.

Having fun on road trips, singing, having things happen to me that make really funny stories, telling those stories in an entertaining way, conversation, making people laugh, memorizing music, loving people, finding good deals, laughing for way too long, remembering names and little details, surprising people by the random remembering and smiling.
