I enjoy art-in all its forms (movies,paintings,theater,music etc.). My insatiable needs can sometimes mean hours of gallery hopping all over L.A. one day and then a marathon movie-hop the next; or it can be as mellow as going out at night in the freezing cold with nothing but a blanket, a bottle of wine, and a mission to have great conversation about absolutely nothing. It so happens, that my proclivities can also be as boring as delving into a graphic novel (with the hopes that the other person in the room has just as good of a graphic novel to read- if not better), and no u will not be able to tear me away-no matter how much pizza (or wine...completely interchangeable in my mind) u wave in my face (have i mentioned I LOVE pizza?...and popcorn, of course). If u can't tell already- I have extremes- but I would like to share those extremes with someone who can both enjoy, and be amused, by my randomness. Random Things that are amazing about me: I love to laugh (and I laugh at everything), I suck at spelling, and I'm kinda cute:) Random Things that kinda suck about me: I have only male friends (not my fault-my father raised a hard core tom-boy)... oh... and I am no where near being a girly girly. Sorry Guys......I forgot to mention. I love the outdoors. I have every capability of being a homebody- but ever so often- its really quite amazing to get out, hike a bit, find nature and completely envelop yourself within it. ok. enough. over and out. P.S. Currently I work at an animal hospital but I am trying to get into an x-ray program that should eventually land me at cal State Northridge. In the meantime I work, I hang out with friends, read books, watch movies, and eat excellent food.

I am amazing at breaking down problems, dissecting situations, writing essays, talking about nothing, and eating excellent food (I like to eat- it's fun and pretty spectacular when you're discovering tastes you never knew existed).

People notice that I can carry a conversation with ease. I love to talk about anything, and learn about everything- which makes for easy flow of any conversation- no matter the subject. They also notice that I don't wear a lot of make up and that I'm a pretty simple gal as to clothing (jeans and plaid shirt are the norm). As to my intellect- most notice its a bit above par. I can seem sorta square at times or even nerdy but hey- everyone has their flaws (I personally don't see why graphic novels put a person in the nerd category- but this is just what I have been told).

I guess I think a lot about the future and what it may hold, but who doesn't do that. Other than that- I guess I think about my brother who is in Iraq and the adventure that he is currently experiencing. I miss him very, very much.

I am working until 7:30, then I go home, check my e-mail, read a chapter or two from whater book I am reading at the time and then get a good night's rest, because I work every Saturday.

Is I am a pretty weird cookie. Not your average gal for sure, but I am always told- I'm a keeper. :)
