I'm interested in meeting some new people who will compliment my life...not complete it...and seeing where it goes. I'm playful, thoughtful, completely loyal and totally passionate about the things and people I care about. I also love to laugh and get a real kick out of trying new things, (movies, food, experiences).

In my opinion, the best things in life are, (in no particular order);

- a perfectly poured Guinness - music of every kind - my friends - my family - my books - my pets - my fireplace on a cold winter's day - dancing until dawn - my Xbox 360 and Wii - camping - bowling, (10-pin, of course) - stargazing - cuddles - horseback riding - watching a great hockey game - movies

I'm a total sucker for:

- someone who can teach me things - someone who can laugh at himself...and me - someone who doesn't always let me be in charge - someone who can spell and who knows how to carry on a conversation - someone who can win or lose graciously, (ideally lose! :)) at whatever games/sports we play - musicians, poets and artists, (yes, I know...but it's not a requirement!) - someone who speaks his mind and doesn't make me guess where I stand - someone who has his own friends and interests and is okay with the fact that I do too.

I've been employed by the same company for the past 7+ years and have experienced a fair bit of freedom with regard to new opportunities. Currently, I am enjoying a new set of challenges and once those become old hat, I'll probably look for my next work-mountain to climb!

My favorite book series is probably the Sword of Truth, although I have a couple of full bookshelves. Yes, I have read some classics...and some dime-store novels...and everything in between.

I enjoy pretty much all movies, (except horrors because I have a vivid imagination) but I am especially partial to chick-flicks and sci/fi. But check out The Fall! It's one of my new favorites!

To say I love music is a vast understatement. It's an incredibly important part of my life. I'm good with trying anything musical twice, (in case it wasn't done right the first time). FYI...I don't think that "rap" is music, but it is certainly poetry.

Food...well...I enjoy food. One of my favorite things to do is find a new restaurant and order the chef's special, (because they know what the best thing in the kitchen is)! Or to find new recipes and make it a special occasion to go shopping for the ingredients and then create something!

who is playing tonight, why my cat sheds so much, which movie to go and see, what fancy designs to paint on my toes, world peace...you know. That sort of thing.

Looking for a gig to go to. I have a few musician friends, so I like to find out who is playing and head out by myself or with a few other friends to take it in.

I'm sure I'll think of something to put here at some point but right now, you're just going to have to live with the mystery. ;)
