My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I find this difficult because no matter how far I travel from my start, I still believe in the power of true love. When genuine, it should burn within and between us, but it should also be greater than either of us. This means we cannot create it but must remain open to its possibility. Can a web site accommodate? I suppose it is an avenue like any other.

I have returned from Constantinople, the Queen of Cities and capitol of the Roman Empire for more than a thousand years. I bring back with me the perspective of timeless generations and also a wariness of aggressive oriental carpet salesmen.

I should have lived in the Victorian Age when elegance and strength were more complementary. Also, no one would have mistaken me for a hippie.

My ideal match will be confident in her qualities and direction even amidst social pressure. I value my space and the time to pursue my goals, but like to reconnect with the person regularly to keep the relationship healthy. I am athletic and enjoy hiking, running, weight training. It would be nice to do some of these with my S.O., but it's not required. Poetry appreciation is also a plus. She should wake up most days ready to embrace life and rise to the stratosphere. We should enhance the quality of one another's lives.

I am poetic, energetic, and sentimental.

You feel you possess complementary qualities to these. In the interest of honesty, I'm not into the skinny model type. I prefer curves, muscle or both. I'd love to be purely ethereal but I am human, after all.
