My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello there :)

The name's Greyson! I'm an incredibly gregarious and open individual but lately I've been finding myself in a pickle. Being an adult has it's perks but I'm quite the lonely bird these days and am trying to get to know a few folks in the area.

As you might read ahead I'm a very musical individual and have all sorts of things to say about why music is important in schools and in our everyday lives.

I'm a caterer/host/server and love to cook! One of my favorite "games" to play is to open my pantry/refrigerator, pull out some ingredients, and see what I can make out of them. Most of the time it turns out well. Sometimes it doesn't :D I'll call it "bachelor style cuisine"?

Unfortunately, I'm very allergic to cats. I don't dislike them but when one says, "Look how cute this cat is!" I respond with "look how cute this poison ivy is!"

I'm an open book and love to go on adventures and explore!
Also, (pay attention) karaoke is one of my favorite things :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Doing musical things in the Salem area and working hours and hours at a restaurant.
For the past couple of months I've found myself become increasingly addicted to exercising. Having grown ten inches in the 8th grade alone I've got some fun knee problems but the elliptical has become one of my closest friends :D
I hope to one day be a high school choir director. For the longest time I had wanted to be a marine biologist, but discovered my love of singing and teaching and took a quick right turn into the realm of music.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Singing! Singing is my life's passion!
Have I made that clear yet?
I have experience and training in both classical and jazz/improvisational vocal technique and am almost always singing or humming a song.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm pretty tall and incredibly personable! Also the dimples. Enormous dimples.
Ladies love dem dimples.

Unfortunately, I'm not an avid reader but would like to be someday.
It's very difficult for me to not like a movie. The other day I found myself staring a the book to a movie I was looking forward to and thought "I should totally read this book! Wait. Then it will ruin the movie." I'll watch any and all genres and, more often than not, I'll enjoy myself.
As for shows, if I find myself watching TV, it'll be Dexter, silly comedy like Modern Family, Family Guy, etc., and tech shows like How It's Made, Top Gear, and MythBusters.
As a jazz singer I love all things jazzy. Kurt Elling is a total boss. Otherwise you'll usually find me listening to bluegrass. I loves me some old fashioned mandolin!
I'm also not a picky eater! I love food of almost all kinds and am always willing to try anything new! However, I don't like shrimp(ew. fishy butter) or salmon(unless it's raw).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I don't lead a very "stuff-filled" life.
I suppose:
a toothbrush?
a smile!
a sturdy pair of shoes
my hat(I like hats)
uhhhhh.... a song stuck in my head?
my phone?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
flying. Ever since I was little I've wanted to get my pilot's license and am now finally in a position that that could become a reality. Being in the air is just so awe-inspiring.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
looking for something to do! I hate just sitting around the house doing nothing. I like to be out and about with people!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm afraid of birds, hamsters, and dark water that I can't see the bottom of. I know it's a bit silly.
