My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello, my name is Earnie.

If you would like an idea of what my life is about watch these:

As of August 13, 2013 I have moved from Olympia to Seattle after moving from San Diego, California to Olympia 2 years ago and I gotta say, I absolute love it here.

Below is my resume:

My life is music.
I'm goofy.
I'm quite the nerd.
I LOVE COOKING.
I am a compilation of some of the greatest failures and triumphant victories of all times.
I AM NOT PERFECT. But I aim to be the best I can with what I have.
I love instrumentation to the point were I want to learn how to play every instrument I see.
I am loyal, and will strive to bring the best out of any relationship I have (family, platonic, and romantic).
I'm a firm believer that any type of real relationship has to grow from a strong and trusting friendship.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Creating music. Working. Cycling. Enjoying the company of my roommates and close friends.

For a living, I'm the fundraising manager of the Seattle branch of Public Outreach, representing the world's top charities like the Red Cross, The Nature Conservancy, Child Fund International, and many more. I just got promoted around February this year and it's my first salaried manager position. Needless to say, becoming a boss has been an interesting progression in my life, but a very welcome one at that.

...that's about it and I'm beyond content with it.

As far as the future is concerned, my goal is to make music that will inspire a positive change in life. Music is the one true experience that has been with me through everything, and I'm devoting my life to understanding, respecting, and sharing it with as many people as I can.

I also plan on starting a new approach to the music industry. I want to change how touring, venues, marketing, networking and various other things are being used and promote the idea that music is a relationship between players and listeners, not just buyers and sellers. We need to cut out the middle man (labels) and get back to the basics. The power of music belongs to the listeners and the players, not these companies. I have tons of ideas to change this and am dedicated on seeing them through.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being silly.
Vinyl collections.
writing music to the point where I dont sleep for 48 hours.
Providing an unbiased opinion.
Constantly overthinking.
Rubix cubes.
Eating.
Being comfortable in what most consider uncomfortable situations.
Making super badass paper airplanes.
Mixing drinks....(thats a lie)
Hide and seek. (I'm kind of a ninja)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My very confused and rather unorthodox hair. Its hard to miss.

Also I occasionally wear suits and ties. I try to keep it as classy as possible.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books
The Looking Glass Wars, anything Chuck Palahniuk, the social contract, Oryx and Crake, and many more.

Movies
Coffee and Cigarettes, Where the Wild things are, Romeo And Juliet (new version), Cruel Intentions, Forrest Gump, inception.

Music
Everything.....no really.....EVERYTHING.

*Correction, when I say "everything" I may have been a little hasty. There are a small select sections of music I'm not into (example: you will never hear me blasting "someday" by nickleback on my iPhone). However, I do appreciate their work, and try to give credit where credit is due.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Writing music and how I'll leave my mark on the world.
The politics behind forgiving vs. forgetting.
"how did they write that?" while listening to music.
Family and Friends.
Sex.
Zombie Apocalypse.
Figuring out my sex schedule during the Zombie Apocalypse (this is important.)
Food.
Staying true and loyal.
Daily fun adventures.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Honestly? I have no clue. Either in my living room playing guitar...very loud, or hanging with friends and coworkers. I've actually found that bike polo has actually taken up quite a bit of my time as well.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
5 years back, I may have gone through a world of Warcraft phase. It's beyond over though.

Spiders make me squirm. My Arachnophobia is as large as America's debt.

Oh and I can recite every word to the lion king. My dad died the same year that movie came out so it's beyond important to me.
