I've been on this site for...well, too long. I typically don't pay
much attention to it, but at the moment (August 2013) I think I'm
going to invest a little more energy. It would be nice to actually
meet someone. Preferably not a serial dater who's just looking for
free meals from as many men as possible (yes, that's happened to me
a few times.)
Wait - I'm supposed to be telling you about myself, aren't I? To
hell with that. I expect you've read plenty of profiles, and a lot
of them sound like a broken record. (Except, of course, that
there's no actual sound...I'm being metaphorical, after all.) "I
love to travel. I believe in balance. I'm looking for adventure.
I'm as comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt as I am in a suit. Yada,
yada, bullshit, bullshit." I don't think you can really learn much
of value from someone's vague description of him or herself.
You can learn quite a lot about who someone really is when they're
drunk. Or on really good meds. Or if it's me, you just ask.
I suppose I should say something about myself, just a formality.
Let's see...I'm a "nice guy." I'm slow to anger. I'm very musical
and creative, but most of my life revolves around computers. I use
both sides of my brain. I love the rain, so long as I can watch and
listen to it from a warm, dry place. Unless it's summer, in which
case I prefer a cool, dry place. I love my Mom and my sisters. My
Dad was my best friend. My friends are exceptional human beings,
and I wish we all had more time to spend with each other. And that
we all lived in the same city. That's probably enough for now.
Should I go back and edit? I suppose not. Accept my flaws. I have
them, like everyone else.
Happy hunting, people!
What I’m doing with my life
Everything I possibly can in the hours available to me, which
surprisingly never seems to be as much as I'd like to do.
I’m really good at
Evading loaded questions.
What do you want me to be really good at? It shall be arranged.
The first things people usually notice about me
I look MUCH younger than I am. It's a blessing and a curse.

Dolls", "Little Shop of Horrors". Any music but death metal,

My piano (she's 7', 950 lbs of shiny black goodness)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to accomplish my goals / achieve my dreams. And what I'm going
to have for dinner. And that really great routine from "So You
Think You Can Dance." War. Peace. Whether I'll ever read "War and
On a typical Friday night I am
Rescuing old ladies from muggers. Baking cookies for old ladies
that I've recently rescued from muggers. Buying ingredients to bake
cookies for old ladies I recently rescued from muggers. It's an
endless cycle. We've all been there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm not. Never publish private information on the Internet. Hasn't
anyone taught you that?
You should message me if
You're as beautiful inside as you are outside.
Your smile is used freely and often.
You already have a life, but you want to enhance it.
