My self-summary
I love music & art. I also enjoy the sun & moon. I work in music, but it's usually orchestral film music I guess I work in film. I have a band named Orphan. We play loud rock music.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm writing a musical. However, I keep forgetting that is what I'm doing. So it's not done yet. When it is done, I'll probably do something else.
I’m really good at
Listening to people's problems, and then telling them the perfect solution. When they don't take my advice, I make fun of them.

I can sing.

Quoting things I think are incredibly funny.

Remembering numbers.

Handwriting eloquent translations of thank-you notes for my illiterate friends.

Choosing the most delicious thing on any menu.

Roller skating.

The first things people usually notice about me
I really am not sure. I've only ever been me, and it's not quite the type of thing I generally ask people.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Ooh...yeah. Since I've spent my whole life loving so many of these things, I think it might be a little unfair to single out just a couple. However, I do like to think that no matter what genre is under scrutiny, there is always some genius doing amazing work that could knock me off my feet.

Oh well, here's a few...

Charles Bukowski: Pulp, Tom Robbins: Jitterbug Perfume, Shel Silverstein: Sidewalk & Attic, Andy Goldsworthy: Time, George RR Martin: A Song of Ice and Fire, Jiddu Krishnamurti: Inward Revolution, Alan Lightman: Einstein's Dreams, Stephen King: Eyes of the Dragon

Barry Gordy's The Last Dragon

Bach, Respighi, Shostakovich, Shnittke, Glass.
Stan Kenton, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk.
Johnny Cash, OCMS, Conway Twitty.
Little Shop of Horrors, Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, West Side Story.
Bernard Herman, John Williams, Clint Mansell, James Newton Howard.
The Orb, The Underworld, Robert Rich, Venetian Snares.
The Like, The xx, Postal Service, Phoenix.
The Dead Weather, Foo Fighters, Duchess Says, The Kills.

GOT, BSG, BB, AD, 24.
The Americans & Bates Motel were pretty awesome too.

Is good.
The six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why people are the way they are.

Prioritizing my creative projects.

If I'm the same I've always been, or if I've been able to progress emotionally & creatively.

My friends & family.

Why it's so hard for me to accept my cats for who they are.

Why isn't this thing working? Is it going to be a waste of time for me to fix it?

Will I ever get to ride the Rotor again?

On a typical Friday night I am
Mostly hanging out with my friends.

Sometimes sitting around in pajamas.

I went to Prague last May, so I spent a couple Fridays there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am adopted, I don't know my bio parents, but they both sent me Facebook messages last year. That was something I wasn't quite interested in experiencing.
