My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
It's been awhile since I've edited this. Not much to change, but all the same. I'm Michael. I'm a very relaxed, laid-back individual. Calm to a fault. It's actually been brought up more than once as an annoying/astounding trait. I'm both out-going and a shut-in, depending on which day you catch me. When I get to be around friends and interesting people, I normally take that path. That, and music. I love good music. More than anything. I can talk music for days. Otherwise, I'm not opposed to relaxing at home, gaming, watching movies or cartoons, being all nerdy and shit. I love comedy. Laughing is how I enjoy spending most of my time.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm an aspiring writer who doesn't do much of the writing because he hates the way it comes out and then loses motivation. I'll get around to fixing that eventually.

Additionally I left the smoking bit blank because at the moment, I'm working at a vape store. Vaping isn't smoking. But I do vape. A lot. I used to smoke. Used e-cigarettes to quit. Now I make clouds. Clouds for days.

As for what I was doing before that, I watched elementary through middle-schoolers for aftercare, after I quit security. Was kind of a 'good for the soul' type of thing. Security really bummed me out. Now I'm working on getting an IT job, if not just to pad my resume for future technological endeavors.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Creating, gaming, socializing, practical solutions, entertaining, really, just a wide variety of things. It's silly to try to list them all. Feel free to discover for yourself. Oh, also I've been known to be quite charming. So, that too.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well, to those that actually notice, I'm told I have amazing eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

It's hard to say on a number of these things.

Books: Anything written by Douglas Adams (Hitch Hikers Guide the the Galaxy, Dirk Gently, etc), World War Z. Fiction is where my heart's at. I don't read as much as I would like to, but I'm accepting suggestions.

Movies: Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Sin City, Equilibrium, All the Evil Dead movies, Army of Darkness included, Kung Pow, Dodgeball, Boondock Saints... It's all a matter of what I'm in the mood for. Favorite genres are epics, comedies, action, martial-arts, anything, really. I'd say anything good, but I have a profound taste for bad movies, too.

Music: Minus the Bear, Incubus, Jimmy Eat World, Rise Against, Cake, Frank Sinatra, Earshot, Maroon 5, Frou Frou, Guster, Gorillaz, Gnarls Barkley, Mad at Gravity, Machinae Supremacy, Muse, Nonpoint, Opeth, Stabbing Westward, Sugarcult, Soul Coughing, The Killers, Celldweller, Evans Blue, Lovage, Faith No More, James Brown, Kyte, Broken Bells, Deas Vail, Foster the People, Freelance Whales, Friendly Fires, Halfby, Kings of Convenience, Morning Benders, Oh Land, The Whitest Boy Alive, Warpaint, Phoenix, Black Keys, Caro Emerald, Uyama Hiroto, Helios, Maybeshewill, The American Dollar, Explosions in the Sky, 65daysofstatic, Alexisonfire, Enter Shikari, La Dispute, City and Colour, Chevelle, The Protomen, Thrice, Thursday, Pretty Lights, Ronald Jenkee, Astronautalis, Blakroc, Doomtree (And all affiliated under Doomtree Records/Rhymesayers Entertainment), Lupe Fiasco, How to Destroy Angels, Watsky, The White Stripes, The Strokes, it goes on forever. More than anything, I love exploring music, and using it to feed my creativity inspiration. If you want an easy topic to kick off with me, this is it. As a warning though, once I start, I won't shut up about it.

Food: I tend to lean towards Italian. I'm mostly carnivorous though. Chicken > Beef. I like trying new things.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Music, my computer, games, my friends, good conversation, and the knowledge that I've always got something to improve about myself. Last one probably sounds a bit strange.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I would deal with a zombie-plague striking the world, and who I'd want to survive with me.

That, and I'm almost constantly working on some new world to write a book about. One of these days it'll actually be a book and not just a bunch of great ideas. One day soon. Inquire within for more information!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with friends, playing games, going out to various places. I'm not big on huge crowds and 'Can't Hear You' loud music, so I stick to low-key affairs, get to know the management, get a rapport going, y'knah?

Kinda out of places like that though. All good, the party is always where you're having fun. Make our own damn parties, what whaaaat.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Not sure. I'm self conscious, but in a weird way? I guess? I don't really try to keep secrets, you've just got to ask the right questions.

You think I'm super cool. Or really lame. Whatever you have to tell yourself to rationalize it. I'm a fun person to talk to.

And if you don't try, you'll never know if I was full of shit about being fun to talk to. Your move.
