My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm looking for someone i like, has the potential for love, enjoys an active life together, has got the time, is comfortable in their own skin, and can really talk. Okay, we go on this profiling I'm quite interested in a lot of things, my home would say to you..ha, musical, multi-talented, fun(sure, sure), intelligent and pretty sensitive. Oh, my humor(ok-i can have a warped sense of humor if i'm really open with what i'm thinking), that will come out once i get comfortable. My home is an ongoing artistic reflection in part, the other part is clutter!..ha, is. More like a well beaten path. lol! Oh, and books...I have acquired a small collection for research, manuals, and books of high value and content to me. Cut to the chase and boiled down to essence. My favorite kind. I actually am bored to death with trying to write a profile that gets the connection done. Just doesn't seem to happen that way...These date sites seem like a special kind of hell. But i still hope.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Many things at once. The healing arts field is my area. After leaving the electronics field in 1999, i went to school for it, massage therapy, the works, and eventually migrated to Cranial Sacral work, but after 10 years of it in a small town, i have put it on the back burner in favor of other pursuits. Namely...dowsing, for those of you who are familiar with that. Other than that, I fix and repair computers(what'd i tell ya?), and have quite a few, and a lot of software too(hence the clutter). I read a lot, watch movies, like staying fit, do yoga, keep myself educated and i pay attention to what is going on in the world. My life is leaving one phase and entering the next (i'm not sure what that is, but i know that is happening), my time is freeing up, old doors and pursuits are closing, and whatever is next is still making itself known. I'm hoping it's a life of love with one special woman.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Using my hands. That is in like...playing guitar, singing, (i played in bands for years, some time ago, it's just a hobby now), computer repairing, shooting pool..(got a table at home),...that kinda thing. I am also a good listener, and i can focus and concentrate when i need to.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My ears, my smile?...ask them. Someone told me i have some elf in my, what's that mean?..i'm gonna fix your shoes or manifest money?...ha!, i don't know, they've been the only ears i've known... I've sure relied on them a lot, especially in my musician days. I asked a friend about the first things and here it is from her...quote: "Engaging personality. Great voice. Warm smile. Quick wit and can carry a conversation well. Fun to be around. Well versed on many subjects. Pleasant". My reply to her was..."Ok, now tell me the truth" Then she wrote me back: "And fun. Forgot that. Thoughtful and chivalrous too. You would be surprised how many of these qualities are lacking in most men" I'll leave this posted for awhile till it bothers me. lol. Anyway, i am sociable, and like to get loose and laugh, once i get comfortable with myself. I'd rather someone else have some input on the first things other people notice about me. Okay..."the hippie in me"...someone told me that... i'd forgotten that remnant from my past days. I guess it still shows in me. I am a completely loyal and happy with my mate type guy. My world will revolve around the woman i am with. Oh, i used to get teased a lot about the hat i liked. I wore it out. I got another one the same style but it's Brown Leather. It's nice.

Watching the NFL on Sundays is enjoyable. Takes my mind off things. Forgetting Sarah Marshall was hilarious! Crazy Stupid Love was too. I have Sleepless in Seattle, and You've Got Mail in my collection. Flipped was very interesting from a kids eyes about the world and the tree she saw things from. I relate to that, climbed a lot too, watched the world from my perch high up. found out decades later they were called "trees of heaven"...just the nickname for them but interesting i thought.... Anyway, I like lots of music...all types at different times. Jazzy, bluesy, country, Jack Johnson, Michael Johnson,(not Jackson...Johnson), he sings from the Heart..(remember the song Bluer than Blue?...yep...that was him..he's got oh so much more). One of the first guys i admired and seen live. I was drawn in greatly. Maxwell's always good in the right uh...mood. (that's a singer not coffee) lol, Enigma is my latest musical interest. The Seven Lives, Many Faces one. Jukebox music, whatever grabs me. I just bought an old 1970 Nylon string Classical guitar. So now i'm learning not classical in the stuffy sense, but jazzy chords i never knew before. I played rock, country, blues....but now this?
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Well, never say never, but Air(smartass), Food(of course), Sex(have been w/o), Music(wouldn't like it), Money(a given), and You(well, actually..i am doing w/o you...cause we never met)..ha You would really have to know me personally i guess to not take me wrong.... That's where profiling falls short.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Having company. Having a relationship. This mate shopping can be nutty...but at least we know who's looking and get to meet people we'd never meet...all from the safety of our little computer. I don't really find it all that comforting, but i keep doing it anyway.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Home wondering why i'm not out. (and as you have read...i keep myself busy). To make up for and keep that void filled in...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
How hard it is to keep hope alive. Wondering if it's meant to be or going to ever happen. Sometimes i think i'm just a mess under it all. I haven't known love enough to really count. There's a place in me i am afraid to really let anyone into. Yet i secretly wish someone would notice and approach it as thou they came to stay.

You'd like to talk. Words are free, meeting is everything. I think we are starting at the wrong end first, but whatever works. I don't think these percentages can quantify the chemistry of love into data.
