I bounce through musical styles every day but some of my favorites are Van Morrison, John Coltrane, Tool, Radiohead, MF Doom, American Analog Set, Smashing Pumpkins, Phoenix & The Flashbulb.

I love to eat anything with avocado, nuts, tofu, chocolate or coconut on it. Sprouts, grains and fermented foods like kimchi, kombucha and natto. I eat mostly vegan (because it feels good) but I also love eggs, fish and yogurt.

Getting high, eating entire sleeves of cookies and watching videos of cats on Youtube until I softly weep myself to sleep around 5 a.m.

Sometimes when I'm alone, I like to get naked, cover myself in Vaseline, and pretend I'm a slug.
