I am droll, mellow, and bespectacled.

My Self-Summary

O, wonder! How many goodly creatures are there here! How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world That has such people in't!

That quote was just to fill up space, but I guess I'll put in some of my own words now. My name's Brian and if I had to succinctly summarize myself, I'd say that I'm very chill. I'm easygoing and usually up for just about anything. I usually enjoy doing anything as long as it's with good company. Yes, perhaps I would even jump off a cliff.

What I’m doing with my life

Most of my time is occupied by work. I'm an animator. In my spare time I try and learn a bunch of random things like playing guitar, baking, prestidigitation(bonus points if you know what that is!), psychology, juggling, etc. If you've seen The Brothers Bloom then Rachel Weisz's character is what I'd love to be! Minus the loneliness. Having all that time to learn random hobbies would be awesome!

I’m really good at

I've been told I'm good at animation, parallel parking, spelling, listening, sprinting, doing voices and accents, and baking.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

movies: The Big Lebowski, Braveheart, all the Indy movies (alright not all... Crystal Skull definitely isn't one of my faves), Back to the Future, Memento, Galaxy Quest, Road to Perdition, Children of Men, District 9, Unforgiven, anything Brad Bird has done, almost every Pixar movie, and according to my friends a lot of very depressing movies. Like stuff by Iñárritu or pretty much any movie that Gael García Bernal would agree to be in. Also lots of Silent films and foreign films... basically I love movies a lot, regardless of genre, how old it is, or what language it's in. Good is good.

books: Frankenstein, Brave New World, The Picture of Dorian Gray, all of Chuck Palahniuk's books that I've read have been great, and interesting nonfiction. Lately stuff about psychology.

food: Anything Italian, fish tacos, Japanese, Korean

On a typical Friday night I am

Just meeting up with some friends and trying to figure out how to have fun that night.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

After 6 or 7 weeks, girls find me boring. But I’m not sure what happens because I think that’s how long it takes to get to know someone.

You should message me if

you think I'm someone you'd want to talk to
