My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Life is good, I have a three great kids, a job I enjoy....., after I plant a few trees next Spring a lovely home. Ok, that's my take on it lol. I'm not a bad cook..., if I do say so myself. Proof is in the pudding though. ...can't some of this be saved for over a coffee?

Update: It seems folks on this site (same as any other) are far to reliant on what they read in here as the total person, rather than a snapshot. Example, the questions. Any chance you've read one or two that you wondered who wrote such a thing? Or felt it was ambiguous? Seems to me taking a chance over a coffee or drink, talking and listening would give a better idea of what we were about. Lol.., that's my rant and I'm sticking to it!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it! The cup is definitely half full. What's more satisfying than creating something. A beautiful garden or a savory dinner. Ok.., a nice day out doing nothing can be pretty fantastic too.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Really good at?
I do happen to make a wicked fritatta. Building training programs. Everything from the guides to videos. (helps when you have a great job lol). Computer stuff. ...being a good friend...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't know, they don't tell me. Tell you what, if we meet, you can tell me what the first thing was. Deal?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
In five words or less?

For movies iId lean towards horror, sci-fi, action. Shows..., we aren't talking TV are we? I do own one, but for myself pretty much never have it on. I do enjoy a NetFlix from time to time. Usually something British (Americans sensor to much). For music I don't really listen to the sorts someone my age might. I do like some of the older stuff like Bowie and Alice Cooper. But I also like STP, Pearl Jam.., White Stripes.

Ahhh food!
I'd love to find someone that loved to cook(too). I mean you have to eat, why not play with your food. I'm no chef, not by a long shot. but I do enjoy creating new and tasty things. It'd be even more fun with company.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Lets see....
OK, hanging around or doing most anything with my son.
I do enjoy a good cup of coffee...
Gardening (I was going to put kayaking but I seem to spend more time in the garden)
Cooking (with someone is always better)
Spending time with friends
Sitting by the fire pit after .., sitting by the grill lol
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things I'd like to get done at my home. Things i'd like to do with my son when the weekend comes. ready I am to have someone in my life to call my own.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Ok this is going to sound exciting lol. Leaving work, picking up my son.., getting him home for the bit of time we have together before his bed time. Then it's my time. Which usually means finding something to finish or get started. I don't tend to watch much TV at all. Don't get me wrong, there is "Me" time too lol. I can come out and play.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm tired of being alone when I have "me" time.

You feel dating a man with a young child would be something you'd be interested in. We are talking about a guy who is happy with most aspects of his life. A great job and a happy home. If you think holding hands sounds nice, hugging sounds better. For now, lets leave it at that.
