My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a free thinker who is very non-judgmental and accepting of people from all walks of life. With that being said, I really enjoy meeting people from different cultures and learning about where they came from and their interests. I also love day I'd love to pet a wolf without getting my hand torn off. I think I can do it in the right setting.

I am pretty athletic (*flexing the gunz*) and enjoy being out in nature just taking in all the scenery as well as a wide variety of outdoorsy type activities such as bike riding, hiking (hiked part of the Appalachian Trail), kayaking, going to the beach and actually swimming in the ocean, to name a few. I also like playing guitar, playing my djembe (an African hand drum) both solo and in drum circles, and I am up for trying just about anything and being adventurous.

I've been told I'm a lot of fun to be around and very endearing ;)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I recently took another path in life and became a substitute teacher. To me, it's about more than just dishing out the lesson plans, but rather about connecting with the students and making a positive difference in their lives, in that moment at the very least. I like to be creative and think outside the box, and I would like to bring that more and more into classrooms and become a permanent teacher. It's an awesome feeling when you know you inspired your students :)
I also do creative writing in my free time and am an aspiring author. I love being creative and also use it in music, qigong/tai chi and some artwork.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being creative, being supportive, communication, listening, being able to hear both sides of an issue and finding common ground, making new friends (I am blessed to have met a lot of good people with like interests), I have a great sense of humor, to name a few of my awesome qualities :)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My genuineness and dimples :)

I listen to many genres of music. I like things from classic and modern rock, 90s "alternative", some punk and metal, reggae, indie, blues, jazz, to ambient "space" music. I also love going to concerts and festivals. Back in the day, I took a music appreciation class. As part of the grade, we had to go to 2 different symphonies and write about them. I was like wtf, I don't want to do this....until I actually got there. The precision timing of all those instruments made for a cool experience and opened me up more to classical stuff. Ever hear classical type music with a rock edge to it? It's awesome.

I like many different genres of movies, all depending on my mood. I like those movies that make you think and have intricate plots, cheesy 80s movies, comedies, action and some horror. Some indy films are good as well, I really like the atypical storylines as well as the passion and creativity that goes into them. I also can't forget to throw in those good documentaries that open your eyes to things. One of my all time favorite movies is Pulp Fiction, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about that film.

I tend to enjoy books that are spiritual in nature and promote consciousness/mindfulness and self growth, both fictional and non-fictional. I will also take the time to promote a good friend of mine's book on here....My Stagedoor Family by Lori Mann. Rush out to get your copy now :)

I like a wide variety of food, it depends on what I'm in the mood for. I'm not very picky, but I like to eat healthy most of the time and splurge on occasion.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Good, supportive friends
Beauty in all forms
My cell phone (after all, it's my direct form of communication)
My computer (similar situation as above)
Laughter (yes that's 8 things, but what can I say, I'm high maintenance with the essentials of life)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My mind naturally wanders and thinks a lot, it comes with the territory of being an Aquarius. I like to think about ways to contribute to society in uplifting ways and my personal goals I have set as well as creative ideas. Also, I like to think about how if I could retire early, I would spend a lot of time volunteering both here and abroad as well as just plain having fun in various parts of the world. I am also very fascinated with how the mind and Universe work.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Nothing typical about that...all sorts of things from just staying home to exploring a new places. Sometimes I'll go to First Friday in Philly if I'm feeling up to it.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like that many girls are envious of my hair.
I also enjoy seeing profiles where it says "Y'all Got Issues" at the top. I will sometimes jump right on that and send a message because I like challenges.

You just feel like it...don't be shy ;) I get along with just about anyone, and you'll be more acquainted with my awesomeness. And if you made it this far putting up with all my ramblings, then you must have found me at least somewhat interesting :) I particularly like girls who can be playfully sarcastic with a good sense of humor. I also think it's humorous when someone has as their religion "Agnosticism and very serious about it". Really? I'd be interested in hearing from someone who put that on her profile tell me what that's all about.
