My self-summary
I'm a very creative person fascinated by all things dark, sombre and chaotic. I love to learn new things in almost every field of knowledge, and I'm particularly obsessed with the understanding of the inner physical workings of the Universe. Recently, I became extremely aware of these two traits of mine (creativity and this obsession to understand) and realized that these two where actually linked...

I am smart, creative, and kind.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now, my life is somewhat chaotic, yet I feel pretty comfortable with it. I currently work as a web programmer for a German company that brought its operation here to Colombia. I have 5 years of experience building software for the web, and I really enjoy it, definately due to this "creative vein" I believe defines me. At nights, I attend a local University pursuing a software engineering program which I will be graduating from this year (hopefully!).

The other thing I do on my "free" time is to work on starting my own business. I'm extremely interested in entrepreneurship, and I currently own a market research firm and I'm working on starting a new reaserch technology company and a web design company.

I'm also father of a beautiful 5-year-old girl and a gorgeous new-born baby. Now this is something I really enjoy!

I'm also an experienced guitar player. I own a gorgeous black B.C. Rich Warlock guitar which is my life, and I've played on several bands here in Colombia like Neurosis Inc and XIII Candles. Down here, those names are pretty big! Well, Neurosis at least. It's amazing how much energy you can percieve from the enraged crowd below!! However, I'm currently retired from all the touring-muscician way of life, although I still record some stuff home... hope to release it some day.
I’m really good at
I like to think I'm a good guitarrist, although I'm not particularly interested in soloing (which most people think is being a good guitarrist). I'm more into composing and into rythmic accuracy...

I also think I am a very good writer, and a great father.

I believe I'm also a good listener since it's very easy for me to put myself in other people's shoes and understand immediately what they're talking about... it's one of my gifts - to intuitively understand other people.
The first things people usually notice about me
I guess the first thing people notice is I like metal. I don't really know why that kind of music is so appealing to me; I guess it must be some kind of morbid fascination with all things dark, destructive and chaotic, which contrasts with the rather tranquil life I lead. But it is also a special aesthetic sensitivity, I believe, which lets me find beauty in what most consider to be foul and dire. In the words of a wiser man, "Art let's us gaze into the horro of existence without being petrified by the vision"...

I guess, after a while of talking to me, the first thing people notice is that I'm a good listener and a very light-hearted fellow, despite my dark obsessions.

Physically, I think what people first notice is my height (I'm 1.88 m, don't know how much that is in feet - about 6,2' I think) and my long wavy hair.
