My self-summary
Desperately picky, self-assured, self-deprecating, stubbornly
indecisive, oxymoron seeks soul mate..
What I’m doing with my life
After 4 more years of grad school, I'm in career #2 now, working as an audiologist. Still look a over my shoulder when people call me "doctor".

I love to get out of the country whenever I can. I've been backpacking in Chili and Argentina, exploring places Thailand, Cambodia, Prague, Cinque Terra, Bordeaux, Istanbul... you get the idea. It's nice when I can do some good in the world too. I've volunteered for humanitarian work in a remote Mexican village. Next stop: Lima, Peru for some volunteer work and a "little" hike up a mountain.

I also love the place I've always considered home, even when I lived on that other coast a couple of time. I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. I am getting back in cycling, climbing, hiking and camping.
I’m really good at
interpreting my dog's body language, making my friends laugh, listening, giving advice, political banter, coming up with creative Halloween costumes...

Not really good a baring my soul on an on-line profile.
