I am interested in meeting someone I feel compelled to build a future with. In the meantime, I am enjoying the process of meeting some great friends.

The quick and dirty-
I love growth/change/challenge/stimulation. The way I see it, life is short, the more new experiences I have, the more insights I have into this amazing journey we are all part of.

That means: I work hard and try to create things professionally that no one has done and I hope will change my industry. I cherish the moments of connection I have with the people who are close to me; circumstances always change and I will never have a moment quite like one before with anyone again. I try to never take that for granted.

-Professionally, I am the market research manager for a large real estate development company where I model market conditions, evaluate development opportunities, and set pricing for assets.

-Personally, I am starting to look into doing some non-profit work, exploring adventure racing, and as you may have guessed, keeping my eyes open for a great woman ;)

-Detailing my attributes on dating sites....obviously ;)

-Ignoring opportunities to share deep character insights on dating sites in favor of having fun.

That I've gained 270lbs since my posted pictures!!
j/k It couldn't have been more than 265! ;)

Beyond that, women are shocked (....and I think impressed) with the sheer volume of sweat that constantly gushes from my skin.

Sorry, I got nothing, maybe I should start asking people.

Music-
Different types for different moods, I really have a wide array of likes. But that's not the interesting stuff.....let's get to the controversy. I won't tell you that I like to listen to 60-70's rock because that's like saying, "I sometimes enjoy the taste of food", it is true, but so does everyone else.

Huge fan of pop 80's music- In my experience this is one of the most divisive genres. But for those who argue it is meaningless and silly, I would reply, "YES! and that's why it's so great!" As much as the music from the previous time was filled with meaningful and empowering messages, 80's music lets you simply relax and celebrate the moment for no other reason that it is fun to be alive!

Rap- No one actually believes me when I tell them I am a rap fan, but it's true. If it is done well, the rhythms are incredible, both in the beats and in the syllable counts of the lyrics, and it all combines into an intense primal energy.

You are a fun and optimistic person interested in making great memories.
