My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I believe in keeping an open mind and having a genuine interest in other people.

Personal life:
-Love to make people laugh
-Supposedly ENTJ
-Like to dance
-Like to sing in the shower (yea I'll leave that tagged as an interest)

Work life:
-Work in finance (yes, I wish there was another way to describe it that didn't make it sound like that)
-Entrepreneurship interests me

What's important to me:
Life's short and I want to do as much as I can.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to enjoy every second of it. Also trying to be ambitious, and balancing the desire to on the one hand "make it rain" (is that what kids call it these days) and to on the other hand "save the world" (is that what kids call it these days).

Specifically, I work in finance, and I'm focused on internet companies and digital media.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- Herp Derping
- Being comforting
- Explaining things to people using metaphors and comparisons (fobby moms are good practice for using simple explanations and speaking slowwwlyyyy)
- Being a rational person (well, at least I try to be)
- Using parentheses (it's a little excessive)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Appearance: babyface
Interacting with me: like to smile and like to make others smile
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I prefer non-fiction. From Good to Great, How to Win Friends and Influence People, enjoying Too Big to Fail right now (loooong frickin book). I did read The Girl Who Played With Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, they were pretty good.

Movies: Infernal Affairs (1 and 2), Hero, Catch Me If You Can, The Dark Knight, Inception, Star Trek (the new one), Boiler Room

Shows: Suits, Modern Family, Arrested Development, Glee, House, Scrubs (let's pretend Seasons 7 and onward didn't happen, The L Word (I know, cliché for straight guys to like it, I don't care!), Supernatural (yes, there's a 15 year old girl hidden inside me. and Jensen Ackles is quite a good looking guy. don't judge!), The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Archer

Food: I pretty much eat everything and anything. Favorites include Chinese, Vietnamese (good pho, vermicelli, and banh mi, anyone?), Italian, Japanese (ramen, katsu curry, and sushi), and some self-shucked oysters (it's both fun AND delicious). Randomly crave paella sometimes. Oh, and I frickin' love creamy / cheesy stuff. I finally settled the question: In-N-Out burger > Shake Shack burger. But both are delicious (screw Five Guys).

Music: Generally grew up with hip hop and mainstream R&B, but anything with a good dance beat and rhythm works as well. If Boyz II Men gives you nostalgia, you and I will get along very well. If I say the song title "My Boo", and you think Ghost Town DJ's and not Alicia Keys, then super mega bonus points. If a song's got a Timbaland or a Swizz Beatz beat (by the way, how the hell did he land Alicia Keys), I'm sure I can rock out to it. My favorite lyricist is Eminem. Pleasant songs with a nice melody are great to mellow out to. Sprinkle some techno for mindless chilling, some old motown sounds, Shigeru Umebayashi, and some Asian songs, and you've pretty much got my music folder. I love hearing throwbacks on the radio. I generally like good lyricists and good voices. And of course, can't forget the classic karaoke songs (ohhhhhh we're halfway there, whooaa ok that's enough). I'm pretty open but I shy away from metal and that kind of stuff (can't Dougie to it).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
People to enjoy experiences with
Time to myself
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Business ideas that get stolen by Google right when I think of them (by that I mean months before I think of them).

Non-existent movies and different characters that play in them. I'm talking epic movies. Guess I like to do mental role-playing in my head. I'm weird.

Standing in front of an audience as a stand-up comic and watching the whole world laugh.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Finding ways to meet new people, whether at a board-game night, bar, club, get-together, or anything else.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I say things or mouth a conversation to myself, then when I get caught I pretend I'm singing (you won't believe how hard it is to recover from "worthless piece of shit ... la la la?").
