I'm looking to meet someone special, possibly for a long-term relationship. Someone to connect with in a meaningful way. I have an inquisitive nature and a good sense of humor, all things that I value in other people, particularly the ability to make me laugh. Of course, determining whether this is true or not about me means getting to know me. If you're like me, you notice that every ad pretty much says that the person values honesty, -hence the "yada, yada, yada" but I have run into too many occasions where some people's definition of honesty seems a little fuzzy. Yes, this sounds pessimistic, but experience can be a great teacher. I'm a romantic at heart and love to cuddle with the right person. I am passionate about life and believe that life is to be lived to the fullest, sharing that with someone only adds to it.Well, looks are important, but personality is just as important. Just recently earned a promotion which has made work more interesting and more challenging, but I enjoy what I do. i am in the "helping professions". It gives me satisfaction and allows for some real creativity. In my spare time, I am a photography buff, and am rarely without my camera. I tend to go for a lot of non-fiction, history, biographies, travel, etc. but I also really love books like the Uncle John's Bathroom Readers series. My interests are wide and varied in music, and as for food - I live in NY, how can you not like a wide variety when it is right ouside your door. If only I can find a good pastie in NY.
