Graduated college with a degree in physics, worked at some boring places then decided to join the Navy with my brother. I'm sarcastic, logical and probably addicted to caffeine, but who isn't? That makes it ok.

I recently moved to Pensacola from Oregon because the Navy told me to come learn stuff and I do what they tell me. I have yet to explore the area and could use a tour guide to show me where the best pizza and/or beer is served.

I spend a lot of time polishing my shoes and boots. Until I start my classes and get to learn awesome aviation stuff I have lots of time to enjoy Florida, watch too many movies and surf the internet. It will be rough.

I used to cook a lot, which would be nice to keep doing if only my room had a kitchen of any sort.

Math, science and computer stuff (such as programming) were always my strong areas in school but I unfortunately don't use those skills at the moment, aside from trying to teach myself AS3 in Flash.

Yes I'm hilarious. I'm sure no one else has made that joke, but if you had to ask I'd say the uniform nowadays.

I almost always am listening to some form of music. My taste usually varies with my mood though. Secret tip: if you make me listen to something long enough it will usually get stuck in my head and I'll start to like it. I don't do rap though.

I used read a lot, spanning multiple genres. Stephen King, Richard Dawkins, Terry Brooks, George R. R. Martin or John Grisham to name a few. Occasionally I'll get into the mood and read a lot. If I had the time, I would read all day, every day. Well, not really but you get the idea. Currently reading Patrick Rothfuss's Kingkiller Chronicle and A Clash of Kings.

I don't watch too much TV and I loathe reality programming. The few things I have been watching are Archer, Wilfred, Gurren Lagann, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, mostly anime for some reason lately. I play video games occasionally too but don't tell anyone.

I love good food and will probably cook for you if you ask nicely (or not at all). Thai food is currently my thing, but I haven't found any Thai in the area yet.

Family. I'm close to my family and could imagine it no other way. I live with my brother, which is awesome, so if you have a sister we could set up all sorts of awkward situations and film our own sitcom.

I love animals too. Had my schooling taken a different path I might have been a vet. I guess I'll just have to settle for copious amounts of pets.

That's not six things but I'll save the others for later. I promise they're interesting.

What I would do if I were stuck in the middle of nowhere. Didn't you read The Hatchet when you were a kid? Or Robinson Crusoe? Wouldn't it be awesome to be lost in the woods and have to fend for yourself for a while? Well... awesome if nothing bad happened anyway.
