My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

I am not your average person, I never have been, and I'm not the person I was ten years ago, and I'm sure in ten more years I'll be someone else again.

I am a spiritual person who is not a Christian. I spend a bit of time with this, including meditation. I attend Ahava Center for Spiritual Living, it's a great place to meet open minded people and hear a non judgemental uplifting message.

I am also breaking into the healing arts. I have studied Reiki and Theta Healing, Theta is what I'm really into, I studied Reiki hoping it would enhance Theta healing sessions, and now I often do it both at the same time. Sorry, I guess you have no idea what Theta Healing is, there is a web site on it, and apparently I'm the only one around Lexington into it. Maybe you don't know Reiki either, that's ok, but at least there are other Reiki practioners around.

Good conversation is a must for me. I hope you are good at talking and listening. I believe I am good at both as well.

I really like to have fun. But I honestly think I define fun in a different way than most. The only sport I watch is tennis, and there is so much with the tennis channel that I often fast forward to 4-4 in the first set and then start watching it - and maybe just skip it if it's not that good. I'm still a big fan of Nadal and Federer, Ferrer is great lately, I usually tune in for Tsonga, Del Potro, Fognini and Berdych. The up and comings (I hope) that I was are mostly Gulbis and Dolgopolov I really hope Monfils will figure it all out, he's such a great athlete. I tried to like Djokovic but I just can't...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to feel good all the time.

Enjoying what this physical realm has to offer.

Becoming more psychic.

Playing too many games on my Ipad and PC.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

My beautiful brown eyes.

Or maybe that I look younger than I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

My new favorite book is Seth Speaks by Jane Roberts. I wish I could find some people who have read it and tried some of the things in it. Like Biphasic sleep, or expanding your consciousness. I'm reading it for the second time now.

My last favorite book is called "Ask and it is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks. It is my "bible". It is mostly about the law of attraction although it covers life and death issues as well. I would way love it if you read that too.

I have read lots of fiction in my life, some favorite authors have been Orson Scott Card, H.P. Lovecraft, Dan Harris, Kurt Vonnegut, Nancy Kress, L Ron Hubbard (old funny sci-fi).

My favorite movies are more likely to be independent. Or maybe they are just wickedly funny, as in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I must admit, most people have seen way more movies than I have seen.

As for TV, I would rather listen to music than watch it. Still, it's nice sometimes. My cats wish I'd watch it more. I have way too many cooking shows on my DVR and even though I am quite a tennis fan I am watching the Rome event from 3 weeks ago and really ought to start recording the French Open.

I love music. I download "this and that" radio from to find new stuff. I love because of all the underground stuff they have. I am checking my downloads of "The Undisputed Truth" radio and "Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti Radio plus R Stevie Moore radio" and seeing which Velvet Acid Christ songs I really like. I should check out my other downloads, Spooky Tooth, Damage, Grateful Dead, Chrome, Melvins, Stevie Ray Vaughan, My Morning Jacket, Sivert Hoyem, James Brown, The Whispers & LTD, The Doobie Brothers, Spirit, Dionne Warwick, The 5th Dimension (that one looks bad though), The Outsiders, Dramarama, Interpol, Canadian, Yeasayer, Govt Mule, DIIV and my current download is Sludge because I finally figured out that I wasn't listening to grunge back in the 80's, I was listening to sludge, no wonder Nirvana didn't seem like that style...

As for food, I am a great cook and I like to eat a variety of food. I like to go out to eat sometimes, but I like to cook at home more often. When I do go out, it's either convenience (bummer) or to have something that's just hard to get at home. I do tend to like this a bit spicy though, and I'm a big fan of onions in general, and Korean chili paste.
The six things I could never do without

What I am bringing into my life.

Hey, so are you, whether you are aware of it or not.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Pursuing my interests, which happen to be reading, meditation, sungazing, music, tennis, bike riding, backgammon, scrabble, dominion, law of attraction, astrology, Texas Hold'em poker, good conversation, jigsaw puzzles, cooking, hiking in beautiful places, nature photography, pinochle, lapidary, to name a few.

Honestly, it varies, but I hope I'm not in a bar. The energy in most bars is too dismal.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm the organizer of a psychic meetup group, but nobody was showing up until I just started scheduling healing exchanges, and now people come.

And another Law of Attraction Esther Hicks group which has dismally few members and I've just about given up hope on that one.
