Very liberal, down to earth, friendly, funny (sometimes on purpose), open minded, comunicative, general geek, lady-like, intelligent, generous, fit, philosophical, art lover, mother, independent, explorer... these are all descriptive terms I know. I know more, but I'm getting tired of typing.

I'm living life with the goals of learning, experiencing, teaching and sharing as much as possible each day. I work in childcare, I write, I teach, and I aspire.

I'm really good at a lot of things. If I enjoy something, I generally make it a priority to learn how to do it well. I dance (ballroom and other), paint, write, teach, shoot pool, play board games, and listen very well.

My eyes and my tits are the first things people look at. Then the half that looked at my eyes first generally notice my smile.

Books:
Fantasy/scifi/fiction/non-fiction/anything-well-written-and-entertaining-and/or-enlightening.

Television: I don't watch much. In fact, I don't have cable or
satellite. If I hear about something I simply must see (like Game
of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Firefly, or a few others like these) I
download them.

Movies: Think geek and I've probably seen it, though I've never
camped out for a film. A few faves off the top of my head are
Princess Bride, Braveheart, Love Actually, Forrest Gump, Pirates of
the Caribbean, All Star Wars, Gold Rush, Antonia's Line, Crouching
Tiger Hidden Dragon, Kill Bill, Anything involving Joss Whedon,
Never Ending Story, Much Ado About Nothing, Most Jim Carry, Most
things with Daniel Day Lewis, Amelie, French Twist, Dog Town,
Rebecca, Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte, The Last Unicorn, Despicable
Me, The Elephant Man, Jurassic Park, The Terminator, The Diary of a
Lost Girl, Lord of the Rings Series, Spirited Away, Ponyo, and many
many more.

Music: My fave is TMBG, and other than them, I like a little of
everything, classical, rock, punk, opera, pop, blues, country, and
even rap, but not much.

Games I can probably beat you at: Dominion, Shadow Hunters,
Carcasson, Thunderstone, Settlers of Catan, Power Grid, Dixit,
Alhambra, Ticket to Ride, Risk, Jotto, Poker, Battlestar Galactica,
Dresden Files, and many many many others.

Food: I love French, Indian, Greek, Italian, Pacific Island,
Mediterranean, American, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, and more! Good
quality over good quantity, generally avoid things that could kill
me, unless they taste so good it is worth the risk.

Arguing with my son about whether Iron Man would eat his vegetables if his mommy slaves over a hot stove for 15 minutes steaming them for him.

To the Internet? The most private thing I'm willing to admit here is that I sometimes snort when I laugh really hard. In person, I'll admit anything true, and sometimes things that aren't just to see if you're paying attention.
