My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well I'm one of those young people the media often speaks about. I go those dreadful live music venues that are keeping apartment dwellers awake, I drink alcohol, have a nice time god forbid. That sorta thing.

But no I‘m someone who has a penchant for music, sillyness, film and television. I really enjoy just being around people, if that makes sense? Good conversation can be the absolute best, but mutually comfortable silence is rarer and quite lovely.

I have a tendency to flit between being mildly well spoken, perhaps at times borderline eloquent and then just dropping completely grammatically incorrect words/phrases. Mostly for my own enjoyment, as I feel language is something that should be enjoyed since we spend so much time using it.

I feel the same about clothes....clothes should be enjoyed by oneself and not held to other peoples standards. For example: "Oh you don't like my purple stripey flares? Okay fair enough, are you having a good time with those black skinny jeans? Because I am consistently amused by the audaciousness of my pants." I really do own purple pinstriped flares. They are great.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
At the moment I'm in the middle of a Music Industry degree, but seriously considering taking some time off uni as it doesn't really seem to be where I'm at currently. Asides from agonising over my educational future I work as a sound engineer and play in a band.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Teaching myself stuff through trial error.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
People notice my hair. There is a lot of it and it is dark brown and curly. I've been told it's very Shirley Temple....which may be a good thing. People also have a tendency to comment on my willingness to talk about almost any subject. I'm am totally that person in the tute who will always say something if no one else is.

I just don't really get round to reading books that much, but here are here are the few books that stick with me: Perfecting Sound Forever, Dream Boogie: The Triumph of Sam Cooke, Phillip Paulman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy, Watchmen, Scott Pilgrim, Terry Pratchet's Discworld material, the Nausicaa manga and going back way way far... The Redwall series is the shit.
