I'm not sure about this avenue to meet people, but I don't like the bar scene. I never really tried it too much, but it just doesn't seem like a way to meet a solid person. Just really looking for someone to hang with & not too interested in selfish, dishonest people. I'd like someone with intelligence that can stimulate my brain at times. If you can be silly & not afraid to show it, that's awesome. Life is way too short to be overly concerned about what people think of you. I'm a smart ass with a great sense of humor. One thing I'm not is sensitive. I don't get upset over little things. I like to have fun & laugh as much as possible, but I can be serious when I'm supposed to be. I love who I am. I'm a chic that watches football (not religiously, however)..Cowboys & Horns baby!! I hate drama. period. And my soapbox (yeah, who says that anymore) is gender stereotyping. I simply just don't agree with it. You do what you do because you're YOU, not because you're male or female. I love to learn new things. I do play video games...have to, I've got an 11 year old boy! If you'd like to know more, just ask!

I've been a nurse for over 11 years. I love what I do! Being a nurse gives you such a wide variety of job possiblities. I'm a people person. That's why I chose what I do. I couldn't imagine being in a cubicle for a living..ugh. Also, I love being a mom. My son is 11. It's fun. Not all of it, but the good out-weighs the bad by FAR. He is my priority, and he's a great little man.

LOVE watching movies, much into music. Here's just a few: Snoop Dogg, Black Eyed Peas, Buckcherry, Ciara, Cindy Lauper, Coldplay, Creed, Duffy, Everclear, Kanye West, Sublime, Kid Rock, Kings of Leon, Lenny Kravitz, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, yes..Michael Jackson, Nickelback, T.I., Toadies, 3 Doors Down. I love live music, hence..the love for Austin. Any genre suits me, but not too fond of country. TV: Family Guy, House, SNL. As far as the food thing, ANYTHING but Chinese. ew. Sushi rocks, and I totally love Polvo's in downtown Austin.

Mine & my son's future and ways to improve our lives. The wheels are rarely not spinning. But I feel everyone should be that way to a degree. There's too much out there in this world to see and do. My plans are to move back to Austin next year. No offense to my hometown, but, well, Austin just rocks...love it there :) and GO HORNS!
