I try not to take myself too seriously and I try not to sweat the small stuff but the trappings of my everyday life sometimes get the better of me. To regain perspective, I will spend time out in nature on walks or hikes, go swimming in the rivers when the seasons permit, listen to the birds, look for plants that call out to me, go for a bike ride, watch a good movie, listen to music, go dancing, make some pottery, cook or bake some yummy food, do Qi Gong, play tennis, or hang out with friends. These activities (as well as others I've either forgotten to mention or I've yet to discover) help me revitalize my passion for life, love, and health.
I should probably explain that I generally resist being labeled and put in a box and checked. I believe in order to live life to the fullest one has to be willing to get dirty or messy. Rarely do I experience life as simply black or white; it appears to be many shades of grey.
I live a fulfilling life and would like to share friendship, intimacy and love with a woman who seeks partnership and is open to the possibility of growing in a relationship that can one day support the foundation of a family.
