So I'm a nerd/geek/dork. My mind is in analytic mode and doesn't leave too often. It's even in it when I'm trying to make a joke which happens often as I get a particular high off of making people laugh. But you will find that you can tell how attractive of a woman you are by how quiet I am around you as my brain's too busy thinking "OMG she's so pretty!"
Anyway, outside of my social awkwardness my brain is running with thought no matter what time of day it is; if I'm conscience there's probably at least 3 thoughts going. This however makes for some rather interesting/odd conversations at times where most would think "where the hell did that come from?" And often times it leads to me saying things that are true but probably shouldn't have been said, unfortunately.
However that seems to make me rather augmentative a person as well. Where I will argue the opposite point just because I can even if I agree with your point completely.
I like my women the way I like my movies: smart with lots of action!

I've decided that I'm a computer support contractor. Which just means that I'm finding it hard to find a permanent position in the field.
Otherwise,I'm deciphering life, what I'm doing here and where people who think like me are hanging out (talking about how weird everyone else is). Trying to figure out how I seem to offend/bother people even though I wasn't meaning too. In my free time I'm probably 18 links deep in Wikipedia or playing video games.
I also really like organizing and fixing stuff. So I guess you could say I'm handy.

Being laid back even if you're trying to get a raise out of me, it'll probably backfire on you.
Anything I can do with my hands. If you leave me with it for long enough, I'll figure it out.
Also, taking high concept things and simplifying it so that other people can understand it (like physics, computer science and SciFi).
Making puns.
Sarcasm tends to flow from my lips like it was breathing; however I do find it difficult to detect it in someone I don't know.
Watching TV and pointing out the flaws/mistakes in them.
Multitasking. Example: can be scanning the various news feeds I read and in the corner of my eye be watching a TV show and now both when to mute the commercial and when to unmute when the show comes back.
Overthinking things in general.

Or that I'm pale, but that's mainly because most computing is done inside.
That I'm a bit of a mess, but that's because I don't think that external properties determine someone/thing.

TV: Dirty Jobs, Mythbusters, the Big Bang Theory, Fringe/X-files, House, Star Treks, Buffy/Angel, Firefly, Law & Orders, theDaily Show, The Soup, True Blood,Walking Dead.
Basically I'm a big fan of science based shows or infotainment. So lots of History and Discovery, as well as the BBC. And trying to find news that doesn't have "pundits" in them or TV that isn't "reality" based (except for Cops).
UK shows: Top Gear, the IT Crowd, Coupling, Are You Being Served, trying to get into Dr Who but it is a bit difficult at times.
And I have a preference to hard SciFi and no Fantasy.

Books: I don't read a lot. It's not that I can't read or anything like that, but I just don't enjoy it as much as "the norm". If you think that makes me dumb/uneducated then we probably won't get along very well and you should move along.

All foods are an interest of mine, getting into Tex/Mex and South Asian.

Movies: Iron Man, Batman Begins, Good Will Hunting, Back to the Future 2. Mostly all geek movies, before they became trendy.

Music: A bit all over the place; Linkin Park, KoRn, Eminem, mostly Rock, some HipHop as well. And I've been known to hit the classical channel as well.

Comedians George Carlin, Jerry Seinfeild, Eddie Izzard, Chris Rock, Lewis Black, Ron White

Games: I've really been a big fan of the Need for Speed franchise (just wish they would put out good quality games instead of the blatant money grabs), also the Civilization series. But otherwise my meat/potatoes are your FPS: Left 4 Dead, Unreal, Quake, CoD or platformers like Tomb Raider, Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed

Water, electricity, food, a computer w/ a net connection, somewhere to sleep.
That's really all I would require to get by, now of course we would all like someone to talk to and have sex with but seeing how there's plenty of people who survive w/o those, I would call those luxuries.

Everything (and unlike everyone else who says that, it's probably true in my case); society, the earth, human nature, the nature of the universe, etc etc. I can't stop myself from thinking, I have a hard time even finishing a tho....

And comedy, I think comedians are modern philosophers but this isn't ancient Greece so you can't really have that as a job anymore (but I would love to have it though).

Finding a movie/or several episodes of a TV show to watch.

I have an honestly policy; I only lie if it's life/death. I don't volunteer info but if you ask me straight-up I will give you an honest answer.
So on that note the secret: I probably would never leave my house if I didn't have to as I find the majority of the public could care less about their fellow humans and therefore I have no reason being there.
