My name is Anthony and I am a senior at UNCW studying Information Systems. I will graduate in the spring on 2015 and start my career and the next chapter of my life. I have been obese for most of my life and committed to a life style change on July 25th and have been working out 6 days a week and on a strict Paleo diet. My goal is to get down to around 200 pounds where I am supposed to be and then do strength training. I want a body like Alcide from Trueblood! If you can not tell from my name I consider my self to be a geek/nerd and am very proud of it. I do not know what else to put here so I guess that is enough for now, on a side note I will post more pictures as my weight loss adventure progresses onward!
Update: The lifestyle change is going well, almost 5 months in and I am down to a size 50 pant from 60 and size 3x shirt down from 6x. I will update again in January when I do my first weigh in.
Update: 12/27/13. Got a smart scale for Christmas and could not resist the urge to weigh myself. I am proud to be down to 335 from 450!
Update : 2/8/2014 Things are going great, down to 306 ( so close to that 300 mark!) Wearing size 44 pants and 2x shirts!
Update : 3/2/2014 Down to 292! Still in 44 pants and solely 2x shirts. I threw out all of my old 5-6x shirts and 60 pants! The journey is going great, just wish I had somebody to share it with!
Update: 4/12/2014 down to 283 and going to the gym, to work with a personal trainer 3 times a week and running 3 miles 3 times a week.
