I've been described as a nerd, but not really a nerd, in that I enjoy nerdy things like video games, reading books over going out to clubs, watching old episodes of The Simpsons and Big Bang Theory, but I can also speak well and can almost always find a common thread to relate to someone with.

I'm a pretty simple guy, all told. Honest to a fault, I always show up to work on time and hate calling out sick since that puts the squeeze on my co workers. I enjoy talking and hanging out with my family friends and co workers, window shopping for things that I probably won't buy, and taking long walks while listening to music. My favorite color is red, I prefer coke over pepsi, and cats over dogs (Though I really like both). I'm open to new ideas and love learning new things.

Working at Wawa as a shift leader and going to school with a Biology major. Living with two roomates in a rented house, we raise the roof and celebrate our adulthood and independence by playing 20 year old RPG's and Dungeons and Dragons on weekends.

Well, I take my responsibilities seriously and almost always put other people before myself. I tend to approach subjects rationally and fairly and am sometimes used by my friends to solve disputes. I'm also very direct when speaking which is usually a good thing except when it comes to flirting which, is anything but direct. But I try, and it's sometimes too goofy or not goofy enough, but I do try. Around people I'm comfortable with I also tend to be extremely sarcastic. Some conversations with close friends of mine involve us insulting each other every other sentence.

People are usually quick to comment on my evil sounding laugh. They sometimes mention that I look like I'm 18 until I take off my hat. People often ask why I do cartwheels to get around instead of walking, or why I keep a collection of shirts that get torn from my ripped muscles. I dunno, I just feel connected to them somehow.

Books -- I like reading a lot of sci-fi. Arther C Clarke, Michael Chrichton, and Neil Gaimen are author favorites. Currently reading through Dune, and it's taking me a while but I'm enjoying it immensely. After that I would like to try and get back into the horror genre, as it's one of my favorites.

Movies -- Going to the movies is a favorite pass time of mine, as I am of the opinion that seeing a movie on the big screen with surround sound provides a better experience than watching it at home, and I'm willing to pay the extra money for that. I only mention this since it seems the popular opinion these days is that theaters are too expensive, but $10 for a good time doesn't seem like a bad deal to me. That said, Shutter Island, Looper, Chronicle, and the Paranormal Activity movies are a few favorites of mine.

Music -- I listen to a lot of video game and japanese music, but a lot of mainstream stuff too. I'm a consumer whore in that I hear one song I like on the radio/internet/whatever, download it and listen the hell out of it for a few days before moving on to something else. But I do like being exposed to new music to broaden my horizons.

Food -- I was an extremely picky eater as a kid, but I'm trying to branch out. I'll try just about anything once if you tell me it's good. Trying to teach myself to cook with varying success. Currently, my favorite meal would have to be garlic chicken pizza.

1. My computer, as it's offered hours and hours of entertainment when nothing else could, and gives me a means of communicating with people... even if I do use it too much.
2. My car - well, you need your wheels man.
3. My phone - I always feel isolated from people if I don't have it with me.
4. MP3 player - Being able to listen to music and escape is absolutely necessary.
5. Hot water showers - Self explanatory.
6. Family & friends and blah blah - Stock answer, but it's true, I'd hate to live without people to confide in.

What I'm going to eat that day. If I have any assignments or studying to do before the next school day. The grandfather paradox.

Friday is just another day of the week, really. Either doing something with the roomates, or playing a video game, or reading.

I wonder how people earn the "Very selectively" reply rate. What's the reply:ignore ratio needed to get that? For that matter, I wonder what my reply rate is. Hmm.
