My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
If John Stewart, Francis Bacon and Abraham Lincoln perfected a tri-paternal methodology of reproduction, their love child is who I would want to be. However, as this measuring stick does not exist (…yet) I am focusing on becoming the best over educated, raised on Saturday morning cartoons from the 90’s, world minded person that I can be.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
A few years ago I decided to set myself two challenges;

1) To accrue the largest numbers of letters on my future business card as possible.

2) Have all of my mail addressed to any other title other than Mr.

With respect to my first goal, I must admit it did impose a quite restrictive decision matrix when it came to selecting degrees. As drawn as I was towards an Arts degree, majoring in politics or sociology, or trying my hand at commerce for that matter, the years of study:letter ratio just didn’t add up for me. My ultimate course of choice (Biomedicine with a major in Immunology) yielded me a solid seven letter deposit on the business card front, whilst providing an enlightening and inspiring educational experience to boot.

Regarding my second goal, I am currently halfway through my second degree (Medicine) which, whilst also adding to the pool of letters acquired for goal one, will potentially (if all goes well) satisfy the mail criteria without the need for surgeries or hormone replacements.

My third goal for my life is working out how I can spend the time that I have in life to utilise my skills, my passion and drive to achieve the greatest net good that I can in the world. I am not sure if that pursuit as of yet will carry me towards politics, governmental or non-genvernmental organisations, abroad or just over the road. Whilst I have a few ideas, I don’t know as of yet what that one question I wish to answer or problem to solve will be, but I am looking for it, and goal three is to do my very best when that opportunity presents itself.

I'm currently training for my first marathon because doesn't that sound like the funnest idea ever.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being the person at the party who likes to enjoyable their evening by discussing many and varied political, scientific, literary or grammatical theoreticals. Whilst this may have the potential for me to be labelled uncouth, I find I am very good at finding people who are, for the most part, much more skilled and abled at such things than I am to enjoy an evening with.

I enjoy music and currently trying to on-again off-again teach myself piano as well as working to improve my singing and stage skills for theatre shows that I enjoy doing. I am quite good at memorising things( My full re-call of the seminal 90’s classic “Baby Got Back” at a work kareoke Christmas function last December could attest to that fact). I also find that I excel at utilising on the clock time to learn new and useless skills (e.g. Flair bartending).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I am a fabulously well to-do functional insomniac.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- A full book shelf
- The stars
- Good coffee
- Books that do not fit on said bookshelf
- Music - I am very much the type of person who believes almost every activity can be improved by some application of music.
- A Towel
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Trying to find the answers to alot of questions that invariably begin with the word "Why".
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Most likely working, studying, seeing friends etc. Friday evenings are very unpredictable.

Saturday mornings however; They are much exciting. This is the time during my week that I devote to trying to tick off all of Melbourn'e Top 100 cafe's during 2015. Some personal favourites to date include; Code Black, Wide Open Road, 7 seeds, Market Lane, Brunswick East project, Oak Rooms, Monk Bodhi. All of these are VERY much recommended.
