My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a lab assistant for a college here in Chicago. I also love cycling. Last year my daily commutes added up to about 2500 mi or so just going around the city.

I do have amazingly busy weeks, but that's not to say I don't keep up with current events or don't know how to make use of my free time. All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.

I'm not really one of those judgmental types. I love meeting new people. Especially if you are weird, strange, quirky, or unique in any way. Life is amazing and it only gets better with good people around you.

Also, I am an ENFJ if you care about that sort of thing.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well, I've gotten my Associates in Bio. I love what I do for work and am I'm glad I've finally found a solid career path.

I also tend to find myself on Reddit in the evening.

Also, I love my job and and program. I'm officially a real boy. Which means I still like to have fun. I'm passionate about what I do on a daily basis, you should be too.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Life, The Universe and Everything.

In all seriousness: Science, Math, Coding, Teaching, cycling, other stuff. Ask if you're curious.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes, or they might think I'm younger than I am. Or the lab coat if I am on campus. I tend to talk to strangers or make friends with new people, so I suppose people may think I'm a tad forward or bold.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

First off, if any of the below is too specific or odd, don't worry, it's not the end of the world if you dislike my taste in things.

Books: Lots of actual textbooks, Slaughterhouse Five, Neuromancer, Snow Crash, The Annotated Alice, V for Vendetta, Watchmen, The Daemon Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark, Cosmos, The Song of Ice & Fire series by George R.R. Martin, the Ender's Game series, anything by H.P. Lovecraft, Ayn Rand or R.A. Salvatore, + many others I can't think of at the moment..

Games: I enjoy role playing/pen and paper games & Magic: The Gathering. As for PC/video game my tastes run the spectrum from shooters to RPGs to 2048. I think a fair interest/hobby in gaming is good for the mind. If you think this is too nerdy or taboo, open your mind; it's 2014.

I just realized this list is like 3-4 years old..There are waaay too many to list when it comes to recent movies, just ask me if it matters.
Movies: Blade Runner, Sword of the Stranger, Inception, District 9, Where the Wild Things Are, Waiting for 'Superman', The Dark knight, Akira, The End of Evangelion, Princess Mononoke, Ghost in The Shell, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Silent Hill, Equilibrium, The Proffessional, Reservoir Dogs, Sin City, Pulp Fiction, The Neverending Story, The Beach, American History X, A History of Violence, Mirrormask, The Crow, Drop Dead Fred, Dogma, Spider man 1 & 2, X-men 1 & 2, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1 & 2, Wedding Crashers, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, The Lion King, Donnie Darko, King Kong(the new one), Ghostbusters, The Butterfly Effect, The LOTR trilogy...more to come when I think of them.

TV: Black Mirror, Parks and Recreation, Attack on Titan, The Newsroom, True Blood, Archer, Glee, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Battlestar Galactica, Game of Thrones, Band of Brothers, The Wire, Firefly, and every now and then a little MLP:FIM...

Music: I Recently have found I really enjoy Pentatonix, The Glitch Mob, Lindsey Stirling, Deadmau5, Imagine Dragons, Swedish House Mafia, Kavinsky, Florence + The Machine, Crystal Castles. I also like a lot of stuff from the 60's, folk music, Muse, Arcade Fire, The Killers, System of a Down, crazy European power metal and what not, Queen, the stones. Nobuo Uematsu, To Be Continued...

Food: Sushi has been sent to earth by some heavenly entity above, for it is divine. I'm open to trying almost anything as long as it isn't diseased or covered in tumors. As for dining, I really enjoy places like Joy Yee and Flatop Grill. I think I might be allergic to Soy Lecithin. I also really love cooking, especially with a partner; it's a great way to get to know someone. I am willing to try to cook any dish at least once, but will try an infinite number of times if I want to get it right.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) The World around me.

2) Digitalism.

3) Books.

4) Amazing friends.

5) Critical thinking.

6) Bike lanes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future. Other parts of the world. Scientific research and discoveries. Our connections as a society..and with each other..Coding.

Also this.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually homework unless something else is going on.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a Life Tree. It's as old as I am.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
First off, if your response is like the one in the the picture, message me immediately.

Message me if you like to laugh, have good conversation, and not take yourself too seriously. Life is too short and amazing to walk around with a furrowed brow, worrying yourself into an early grave. You know you want to. You'll get free candy if you do.

If you believe you have the potential to live out your dreams; that they haven't died, nor have you sacrificed or consumed them to fit into some day to day routine, then definitely message me. I believe all people are without limits save for what they set for themselves. You should want to be breaking those limits as well

I don't accept that we should be one of those people that are born to be in school, go to school for a job, work said job just to pay to exist, then eventually get weak, and old, and die. Message me if you can't accept that this is all there is; that we are more than that. better than that. Message me if you want to know or be around someone who is like this as well. Do it, I trust you won't regret it.

Finally, life is about fun and adventure, and not just alone! if you want to go on an adventure as a first date, then let's give it a try. Nothing says long term like climbing to some out of the way precipice, tomb or exploring somewhere we've never been, and knowing right then, right there that neither of us has a temper or makes poor plans/decisions AND have a great time doing it! I value trust, loyalty, and an open mind. You should to.
