Exercise is must, I often get plenty from work, but ache for more. Mostly minimalist running. I enjoy yoga, when I go. The feel of batting balls is high on my list of favorite sensations; coupled with the anxiousness of getting hit by the pitch only adds to the pleasure. I've tried to take up target archery with a long recurve, I'm no good but feel it calms and connects me.
I play too much chess online, not anywhere near enough with real people.
Perhaps I drink a bit too much coffee and whiskey, though that's the extent of my addictive tendencies. Not too bad.
And I might be that annoying guy who, when walking through the woods or a park or just about anywhere really, spends my time identifying tree and plant species. I might be.
