Hi there! I'm a 27 year old Master's Degree student, singer/songwriter, poet, novelist, and journalist, among the many hats I wear. I currently live in Scranton, trying to find a place of my own, while continuing my education. I'm the middle child of 4 kids. I love animals, I have a bird, a dog, and a fish. I know when to be serious and responsible, but I also know how to cut loose and be a big kid. My sense of humor ranges from witty and dry, to sarcastic and often random.

I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and I'm working on getting myself back on track after a dismal year. I truly believe I have a lot to offer this world, its just been hard to feel good about yourself and your life when so many people have turned their back on you and verbally beaten you down. I'm a forgiving person who believes in mercy, hope, love, and faith.

I come from a big family of people that despite our differences, I couldn't live without. I wish I had a lot more friends than I do in my life right now. I had quite a few at one time, I guess you find out who your friends are. I used to love weekends, but with no friends around, I spend more and more time playing video games(I LOVE the SNES!) and less and less time meeting new people. Some say I could be missing out at the opportunity to meet the woman of my dreams. Its difficult to say anything in response to that, because the woman I want doesn't want me, and most of the time, I'm not keen on opening up to somebody new, been hurt too many times. I was engaged once, but I couldn't go through with it, just not the right person in the long run.

Some random facts, lists, and such about me are as follows:(Let's go kiddies!)

-I love my niece Tiffany, and my two nephews Ryan and Leonard. They are 3 of the biggest joys in my life. I love kids!

-My band The Fire Within is a mix of alternative, indie, and electronica. How do you like them apples? Pears? Peaches???

-I still love cartoons, don't hate me for it ok? We all still have a little kid inside of us...well not literally.

-Red wine is my "writer's juice". I always have a glass handy when I write or read.

-I'm a sappy hopeless romantic. I cry at movies some guys wouldn't even watch.

-I'm working really hard at finding myself again. Its been really difficult.

-Sometimes I go to Border's just to drink their hot cocoa. Even in the summer time.

-I miss a lot of my college friends. I'm sure many feel I've fallen off the face of the earth, when in reality, I just don't have a cellphone right now.

-I love Volkswagen Jettas. I wish I never lost the navy blue one I had. I'm working on getting another one soon.

-I'm a sucker for a woman with a good sense of humor, nice eyes, and a beautiful smile. If she can carry a good conversation and can be trusted, that's bonus points.

-I bow down to the creator of Velveeta Shells and Cheese. I want that at my wedding reception.. and I want kazoos to be played to announce when my wife and I kiss, not clinking glasses...gee, I wonder why no one will marry me?

-Even though I looked too thin and sickly, I feel like I look very tired and out of shape nowadays. It blows when your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-esteem are in the toilet. I'm trying folks.

-Any film with Jim Carrey in it, I will probably see it, just because its Jim Carrey, and he is freakin' amazing.

-I think Soduku and teenagers saying they're "emo" are two of the dumbest friggin' things on the planet.

-I love board games. My faves include ImagineIf, Boxers Or Briefs, Scattergories, and Apples To Apples.

-Please don't ask me to dance, unless you really want a good laugh. I'm pasty white and have no rhythm whatsoever, despite my overall musical skill.

-I don't wear boxers, but boxer briefs, because with boxers, shit moves a lot, if you know what I mean, and I find that incredibly uncomfortable.

-My moniker of sorts is the phoenix, for I believe I've been many things in my lifetime, constantly dying and being reborn into something else.

-Contemporary Christian music makes me cry most of the time, it reminds me of what's important to me spiritually.

-I go on YouTube just to find clips of old cartoons I used to watch, so I can ease myself of the stresses of adult life.

-I'm not big on card games, I think poker is stupid, but I can play Uno all night long if you wanted me to.

-I love to find a path out in nature and just walk it, especially if its one I haven't traveled before. I walk it wide eyed and focused on nature and just being away from the harsh things of society.

I'm currently going for my Master's Degree in Communication Arts through Marywood University. I'm also working on a novel, a book of poetry, and my band The Fire Within are starting on their 4th album. I love music! I'm also looking for that special someone to spend the rest of my life with. I thought I had found that person, and there's a piece of me that believes that person could be the one still, but right now, I need to meet new people, test the waters again, so to speak.

I'm really good at singing, I believe I have a great vocal range. I'm also good at playing the trumpet, I've done it for almost 15 years. I still believe I'm a charming, witty, and romantic soul that could sweep a woman off her feet if given the opportunity. I'm really good at writing, whether it be music, poetry, or fiction. I'm a diehard video game fanatic, especially the older stuff. I'm really good at music in general, reading music, composing some things. I'm good at making people laugh, because I like to laugh at myself a lot too.

Physically, I'm told its my eyes and my smile. I think the first thing people notice about me personality wise is my sense of humor. I love to make people laugh, but also think. I'm honest, kind, and caring, I do whatever I can for my friends. I'm a religious person, and I believe with that and my creativity, I come across as a deep person, someone who has a lot of intellectual integrity.

I spend a lot of time thinking about my life, especially now, after being diagnosed with depression. I think a lot about love, and if I will ever find that one person who is destined for me. I think a lot about the stories I am writing, the music I sing, and the religious beliefs I have. I think a lot about my friends and family, praying for their health and safety.

Either out with friends having a few drinks, playing board games, or at home working on my music and watching tv.

I am a passionate person who has been told they are great at making love. Either this is true, or I've been lied to quite a bit, but I take pride in my love making skills, ha ha.
